Go to a UPS store instead. MUCH classier than the staff here, which are childish, immature, wannabe hipsters that are snobbish an nonverbal to some customers, but are loud and obnoxious to others of their favor. How pathetic. May this reach corporate so others won't have to deal with such ignorance and incompetence.

I wish I could give five stars for the quality customer care I received from Sasha and Takeia. They seem to really love the work and value the customer experience, unlike the rude and disengaged service I received on by the woman who opened the store on the morning of March 20th 2025. If you hate your job and have disdain for cuatomers just becauase they come into the store then maybe you should find something else to do. 1 star for this location if it weren't for Sasha and Takeia.

Don’t ever ask for help here. How do you work at a place where you need technology but don’t know how to work it. Was in there for an hour and 30 mins trying convert or grab my documents .no help at all because the employees were so focused on their line when it was 3 employees. One of them coulda helped me.

I shipped about 20 boxes here as part of a move. Shawn the manager was very helpful, called me as soon as they arrived and loaded them onto a cart for me. The location is in a big plaza with a lot of other businesses.

DO NOT GO HERE if you don’t need to! WORST staff, printers always low on ink and broken. Charged me for prints and sheets never came out of printer for several printers! Always takes a long time to get any orders done here. Worst experience FEDEX DO BETTER!

I visited on Saturday, May 10 at 12pm. It was very busy, but the staff of 3 black women held it down! They kept the line moving and were accommodating, helpful, and happy to serve. So many different requests and problems arose and they worked like a well oiled machine. They exceeded all expectations!! The best thing about this location is that no matter what day or time I come, it’s always great service. 5/5 Will recommend.

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and it only gets worse! Here and there there is a manager on duty or a regional person and they are somewhat helpful but today AGAIN the one employee was extremely rude and not helpful. They are too busy going slow and having personal inappropriate conversations! Customers pay a surplus to deliver FEDEX as opposed to UPS to deal with people who don’t want to work are lazy and are rude!
