If I could give this FedEx Office location negative stars, I would. Seriously, stay far away! I should have listened to the 200+ negative reviews that scream "run!" But I thought, hey, maybe they'll surprise me. Boy, was I wrong.So, let's talk about their so-called passport service. FedEx claims to expedite the process by partnering with this company that uses a sketchy mygovworks.us URL, but it's all smoke and mirrors. They trick you into paying a hefty $200 for something you can do for free. And guess what? No FedEx label is provided! Great, right? Not. Spare yourself the headache and head straight to the post office for your passport needs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.Now, let's talk about the staff. The woman behind the counter deserves an award for being the grumpiest person I've ever encountered, and that's saying a lot when it comes to shipping facilities. I innocently inquired about the process, only to be met with vague responses and condescending snark. Talk about a communication masterclass!But it doesn't end there. I decided to give their computer service a shot, paying the $200 to complete forms through a "service" I thought at the time would expedite the process. They promised to rush my passport info, but surprise! No FedEx label was generated after I finished. Confusing, right? So, I politely asked for clarification, and guess what the lady's response was? "That's what I was telling you before." Wow, thanks for the "clarification."FedEx, if you're watching, please take note: this service is a scam and it makes you all look bad. No need to beat around the bush, just be honest with your customers. Don't bother with empty promises and talking in circles. We deserve better.In the end, I left without achieving anything. The service was as useless as the workers there. At least the scam didn't patronize me like a child. I highly discourage anyone from using their passport services unless you enjoy throwing $200 down the drain. And as for the staff, they could use a crash course in basic communication and kindness.As a generally nice person, I believe in basic decency and understand bad days happen to all of us. But unfortunately, the woman at this location seems to enjoy taking out her misery on unsuspecting strangers. Do yourself a favor and find another FedEx Office location where positivity and competence actually exist.

I had an exceptional experience with FedEx! Tkeyah went above and beyond to assist me in returning cable boxes left by the previous tenant. Despite not having an account number, she patiently looked it up in the system, ensuring a smooth process. Tkeyah's outstanding customer service and helpful demeanor made my visit hassle-free. Highly recommend!

This location only deserves negative star. This location stole my package on 11/4/2023. I went there and showed her that I want to ship my pro AirPods to my brother. I also mentioned that it is worth $200-300 dollars. She gave me an express mail which cost 11 dollars. She weighted it and had me pay. I inserted my card, she said not working. Then I used my other card, she said not working. I tried my 3rd card, said not working again. Because she did not press the button properly. It was fine. I used my husband card, then she said it went through. I kinda had a feeling something would happen. First of all, I didn’t see her put my AirPods into the mailing envelope but I trusted this company because they always delivered safely and on time. Then we left the store, I asked my husband did she charge your card. My husband said the balance is not showing on his card. Then I checked my bank account, it showed up as pending . I thought it is fine as long as we have the proof that we paid. The package was supposed to be delivered on 11/8. While I was checking my package status, it said pending and the location has my package. However I called the FedEx customer service which was so hard to reach, they created a case number for me and said would investigate it . Someone will call me in the next few days. Few days past, I didn’t receive any calls any emails. I went to the store and tried to ask if I can have my package back because it showed they are still having my package in the store. They said they don’t have my package anymore, and only held it for 24 hrs. So what happend to the package then ?I called the customer service again, they said they are still in the process of investigating and would give an update after 14 days . Well. I waited 14 more days. I called them again. They said they couldn’t find my package and the case was closed already. How came no one informed me about that . Ok . I filed a claim online and included the AirPods receipt of $217. Then they emailed me a week after saying they are still investigating it and would provide an update after 14 days. 14 days and 14 days and 14 days . They all said different things, one said case was closed , one said is the process of investigating. They are all liars . I emailed them back and said how much time you guys still need, if it is going to take longer, I will take a legal action against the company. Then they replied back the next day said since you did not declare how much your shipment was, we only can give you back 100 dollars for a standard declared. This company is a scammer. I did tell the woman how much my AirPods cost in the beginning of the shipment. Well, she intentionally tried to steal of my AirPods, of course she would not adjust that. Suggest anyone to choose ups instead of FedEx . This is my last time using FedEx , they are liars and scammer. If you have no choice to choose this company make sure how much your package, and don’t show them your expensive stuffs in front of them otherwise your package will not get delivered. If you get ur package lost , should definitely file a legal action against them, this is not acceptable the way how they treat their customers!

Terrible customer service. Couldn't get confirmation on whether a print job was locally delivered or not. Shawn the manager is rude and unprofessional and not helpful. Choose a different location if possible because the service at this location will leave you frustrated!

This location has decreased their quality and staff is not helpful. They need to create more efficient process. If you send something in advance to print to be ready when you arrive, you shouldn't have to wait for 30 min in the same line that people are making shipments and other longer transactions than picking up a ready print work.

Please don’t ship your package here. Otherwise they will steal it from you and tell you they are not responsible for it. What a joke ? Call customer service and said this location still having my package and never been shipped. Stepped in and asked “what’s my package” responded “ we don’t know.” Hell. So FedEx just ignored this ???!

The most bizarre experience I've ever had at a FedEx Office. Ended up at this particular location on a Sunday afternoon, as it was convenient for my wife and I to stop here while we were out running errands. Instead of helping us navigate the return process to ship (an admittedly large) box back to an Amazon vendor (we'd never had to do this before), one of the employees chided us for not having "the correct label" on the box, to which I asked her "What would be the 'correct' label? What do we do?". She just rolled her eyes and walked away. If it wasn't for the second employee who stepped in to inform us that the Amazon vendor was requiring us to pay for the shipping to return the package (which was not made clear to us when we started the return process), we'd have been stuck paying for weekend shipping, which was almost the same price as the thing we were returning. He was extremely helpful, saved us time, and money. That being said, save yourself the hassle and go to literally any other location if you need to ship anything. Or at the very least, come here with the full knowledge of the FedEx shipping and labeling universe. Otherwise, the employees are allowed to simply walk away and do nothing for you, apparently.

It's alright, the employee service is hit or miss, there is plenty of plaza parking, and their printing service fees have recently increased.

Great hours, quick and efficient and nice employees, very helpful information, easy, tracking of postage. I plan to use a Silletti rather than go to the post office, which lost my package.

The worst customer I’ve I received in a long time from a business of this caliber. The manager started by giving me the emailneeded to send the file. After that everyone acted like I wasn’t there. Literally helping everyone but me and when I got attention again after 20 min waiting patiently the guy wondered off to help others. I won’t go to this fedex print. I’ll try the west loop.

Nowhere near the best FedEx location. So disorganized that more than half of the time I've come to grab things they've taken 5-10 minutes to look for them on shelves with them initially coming back saying that they can't find it before looking again. Manage once told us to "move the car because our trucks will need to park out front" since we parked in front of the store for what is usually a less than two-minute pickup at any other location. We decided not to move because it made no sense & there was plenty of space out front so even telling us to move was ridiculous. Case in point...we ending up finishing what we needed to do & were out the door within a few minutes after she told us to move. It would've taken longer to move the car!
