My first time at this location. I felt that Marlon was extremely helpful with my printing possibilities and choices. After distinguishing my personal needs, we finally made a choice, and it came out great. I'll be back for all my printing needs, including business cards. Justin and Marlon, are my go to guys with whatever questions I have with my printing orders.

I recently visited the FedEx store and had the pleasure of working with Justin. He helped me pack my heavy amplifier with great care and attention to detail, ensuring that it would arrive at its destination safely. Janaya saved my life. At 10am the manager at Southport FedEx let me know they would call me when they finished my order of 11 decks spiral bound. I indicated I needed same day pick up and called to make sure my email came through and that this was possible. At 5pm same day, Southport FedEx EMAILS me that they will complete the order by 2pm the FOLLOWING day. I cried and asked if they could now rush it bc it is for an important meeting. IF this was the case at 10am- why the manager did not give me enough notice to find a solution elsewhere is BEYOND ME. Very rude agent hung up on me after saying I'll have to talk to the manager tomorrow... I called four other FedEx locations and begged if my decks could be completed before close. Janaya was the fourth person/store I called. I am so so glad I did not give up. She was so cheerful on the phone. She said she would work on it right away and told me everything is going to be OK. I offered to come in and help her spiral bound- she assured me everything is just fine and she can complete my order before 7pm. Janaya was and is my savior. She had the decks ready in an hour and was binding the last one when I walked in. She had a smile on her face and was not annoyed with me after throwing a HUGE order at her at the end of her day. She was the only person to help me when the Southport Manager and team through me under the bus and said good luck. And I could tell Janaya and the team were sooooo busy at their location- boxes stacked to the Gods. I think she heard me crying on the phone from meanies at Southport and compassionately helped me (flawlessly!!) I will never be returning to Southport and I will always work with Janaya. ANGEL!!! Give her a raise!!!!!!!!

We’ve lived around the corner for years - I used to pick UPS vs FedEx store at random, but after Justin showed up as the store manager I’ve been loyal to fedex. You cannot be more helpful and attentive than Justin - he finds a solution to your problem with a smile on his face!

I had met Justin when he worked @ Gold Coast N. Dearborn (now closed). I instantly remembered him. So glad to see he is now a Store Manager. Despite it being a small order today his service was OUTSTANDING as if I were spending millions. Making me feel valued goes a long way with me. In Justin I know Fedex sees and wants to keep a winner like Justin. And I shall return.
