I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing employee working during my recent visit. She appeared to be alone, yet she was juggling everything—helping multiple customers, managing the self-checkout area, and even answering phones. It was clear she had a lot on her plate, but she handled it all with grace.
She moved at her own pace—not rushed—but somehow still got everything done quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to describe, but she was calm and fast at the same time. Truly impressive.
I didn’t catch her name, but I believe her name tag said she was the store manager. She absolutely deserves some recognition. Other stores could learn a thing or two from the way she handled the rush.

Clerk refused to accept my insured overnight envelope in person. Insisted I scan it with the self-serve kiosk despite me stating I was required to hand it to a staff person.

Have to give a shoutout to Shaurice & her manager at this FedEx location. I had to get some things rush printed for a tradeshow and they went so far above and beyond to make it happen. Even though my files weren’t cooperating & the crop marks were all over the place, these two didn’t give up. They stayed late to help me & got us to place that’s good enough to show. So grateful for their help and exemplary customer service.

The manager Mia was a great big help. She went the extra mile to help me locate a package that I’ve called customer service about multiple times and they couldn’t help me. She also help me print holiday cards. Fast, friendly, service by her and her staff. Thumbs up to the the store. Thumbs down to the 1-800 number

Associate was pleasant enough but it was lack of urgency that really did it for me. My order was supposed to be printed when I arrived. In confusion, our interaction about why it wasn’t printed already was too time consuming and I was in a rush. To top it off their systems and equipment appear to be antiquated here. Why a commercial printer would jam when printing just 25 pages and why an associate would need to restart her computer after sending an order to the printer is beyond me. Printing 50 pages took 45 minutes. 5 more minutes and I waited a minute a page! Find another location.

A’niah is the best! I’ve gone to several other FedEx locations and this is by far my favorite because of her and the rest of the staff there. They are always busy, but always go above and beyond. They are so helpful. They really get to know their customers and anticipate your needs!
Fedex needs to get this team a pizza party because they deserve it!
