This is the most pointless FedEx location in existence. They can’t print out labels when a QR code is provided to them and because it’s in a hotel they charge additional handling fees on labels that are already prepaid.

Location is inside Hilton hotel and so any package sent from there has an automatic $10 fee on top of the regular package fee! That’s a ripoff! Apparently it’s Hilton charging such fee! FedEx why allow Hilton to charge such fee???

Google should stop showing this as fed ex location. Why I am supposed to pay for prepaid label coz it's in the hotel. I am not staying there.

It is almost impressive how bad this location is. 1. they charge an additional fee (by the hotel) to ship a package. this is 2 dollars for anything under a pound and ranges up well past 10 dollars 2. I dont need to be sweet talked, but the customer service here is truly horrendous. they acted like i had killed their grandmother when i asked them to print the label. Its alright if you dont take QR codes, or have specific policies, but there is a way to be friendly about it. Just go somewhere else. Do not give them your business. its not worth the hassle

Nothing on the FedEx website indicates this location charges a fee for a pre-paid drop off. I found this out because Janice the employee rudely informed me - emphasis on rude.
