I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevontae and the amazing team at FedEx who truly went above and beyond for me! I came in around 6:30 PM with some very last-minute printing needs, and they absolutely held it down. Despite the time crunch, they were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Kevontae and the others made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I’m so grateful for their dedication and customer service. Thank you all!

The clerk is rude and didn’t tell me the plastic bag is 3.85 dollars for package when I return stuff which should be free. She also ask me to package itself.

I went in to complete, what should be a simple print job that turns into a complete F show. Whatever acrobat system they have does not allow you to combine PDFs, so when I went to ask if there was a way to combine 94 documents into one versus having to print 94 documents twice. Nobody knew exactly what to do in the manager and her staff is seriously incompetent. I had to go to another FedEx in order to get what I need to complete it. I see why this FedEx has a horrible rating. I spent two hours in one FedEx for nothing, they need to go to a training on how to operate their systems as well as the training on how to assist customers. Especially the manager…as she has a BAD attitude like a lot of the other reviews state. Will never return to this location! Thank you to Jannie at the Erie Street location for being professional and knowing how to do your job.

so incredibly rude and slow! went to pick up a package (FedEx ground are too lazy to deliver to my building, UPS has no problem) so they've started delivering to this location instead which is a pain, the lady that went to get my box was just tossing it around without a care she was rude when I asked her to please be careful with my things, awful place

This review is for Delano specifically: He is phenomenal! I live out of state and contacted this store regarding an urgent, same-day print job that required highly detailed and specific instructions to prepare/assemble exhibit binders for legal proceedings. Delano was incredibly detail-oriented and was proactive to contact me to clarify regarding any questions that came up and to ensure the final product would fit my needs. He even finished the print job about an hour before his initial time estimate, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professional diligence.If his boss happens to be reading this, Delano is absolutely the kind of employee you should keep around - give that man a raise!

I rarely write reviews. But, I was disappointed today.The staff is mostly helpful, however I was having troublePrinting the right size of my pof file from the self service area. The manager there was friendly and kind and told me I could just have it printed in the back since it wasn'tworking. However another employee came out in the back to help, and he told me I would have to pay for the reprint because it's my "fault" since the settings werewrong. I am not tech savy so it probably was my fault. Perhaps I appeared frustrated and my energy was a bit negative but this was poor customer service. He toldme my "foul/file" lines were wrong- I don't even know what that means. And when he printed it out for me, it came out the same way I had printed it and he had toadjust something on his end to print out the tickets the way I needed them. I'm unsure if this guy was having a bad day. Either way he ended up not charging me for the reprint, but his way of speaking to me was hurtfuland rude. I even needed to borrow a pen and was afraid to ask because I thought maybe they'd ask me to buy them or something, so went across the street toLou Malnati's to borrow a pen from them. I shouldn'tfeel this way walking into a fedex print shop, I expect better customer service. I understand people have baddays, but do not tell a customer their print came out wrong because it's their fault.

Terrible service by Shawn E, rep. Arrived and no welcome. Ask for copies and he act as if he didn't want to be bothered. Told him I had cash and he told me to go to the copier. Need it on resume paper and still felt like I was a bother to him. I would rather send a email to corporate and contact Kim Dixon, due to his unprofessional behavior. Kim always believes in 100% satisfaction and growth within the communities.
