Timing is absolutely wrong they open whenever they want to,the timing is listed as they open at 7 am ,i was there twice during multiple days at 8am and it was still closed,what kind of service is this

This location was an absolute lifesaver for me (multiple times) while I was working at a conference. It's conveniently located in the Hyatt Regency, right across the Sky Bridge from the convention center. The staff working there cut out numerous last-minute handouts for me (something that would have taken me at least an hour if I did it myself) and they were even able to give me directions to certain meeting rooms...very, very helpful in such a large place. The manager was also able to e-mail me a replacement receipt that I needed for an expense report. They can really do it all here and are happy to help! I can't thank them enough.

It is great to have the convenience of a shipping location in the convention center but it always seems to be mobbed.
