I had to send a package. The CSR was named Gianna. It's hard to get good Customer Service these days.
She was patient and gave me step-by-step instructions on what to do.

Although the person in the FedEx office was extremely helpful (hence the two stars) the rest of the FedEx services were horrendous. Package got lost in the final destination, FedEx not taking ANY responsibility for the lose, not picking up the phone or even worse NOT calling back after they said they would with updates on the package. Paying $150 for delivery of an envelope with three pieces of paper in it, package getting lost with FedEx removing themselves from any accountability for it is ridiculous. Package was found by ourselves by calling local distributors one by one to find the package, which we did. It only took us to pick the phone and start making the calls , something FedEx does not seem know how to do anymore. FedEx you should be ashamed. Really ashamed of the level of services you offer.

I shipped an iPhone to trade in with Apple using a pre-paid FedEx label. However, I noticed that the package wasn't moving for a few days after it was dropped off at this FedEx location. When it finally arrived at Apple, they said the package had arrived sealed, but the iPhone was missing. It appears that someone either at this FedEx location or during shipment stole my iPhone, which was supposed to provide me with a $1000 credit towards a new iPhone. Apple eventually covered the cost at their own expense, but I wasted many hours being transferred to multiple departments and being placed on hold due to the unethical actions of some FedEx employees. This location should be investigated and monitored.

People were nice and accommodating. I sent them email for printing and ended up sent couple times to make it work. Other than that it is regular FedEx that will do everything not like some other locations.

I dropped a package off at this location on May 24. It was never seen again. No one will help me try to find this package. I have spent hours on the phone with FedEx. Several times I have been transferred over and over again. One time they actually transferred me to a school in New Jersey. I understand that FedEx has a great reputation but please be aware that if something goes wrong NO ONE WILL HELP YOU.

This is a good location. I stopped in yesterday after having serious shipping issues over the holiday. I use several shipping agents and this season lots was lost with fedex and usps. I came in pretty frantic because a high dollar item was Missplaced via fedex. the store employee JOSH went way out of his way to help me and get my package on track. Over the last 15 days of my package being lost no one helped me to the Caliber of this gentleman. Thank you for your help Josh! This young man definitely deserves to be recognized for the quality of work he does.
