Gianna, Erica, and Terry, were INCREDIBLE. Their customer service and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I came to them with a pretty difficult job and the way the three of them worked together, communicated clearly with me, and kept me informed, made this process a little less stressful! Although the person in the FedEx office was extremely helpful (hence the two stars) the rest of the FedEx services were horrendous. Package got lost in the final destination, FedEx not taking ANY responsibility for the lose, not picking up the phone or even worse NOT calling back after they said they would with updates on the package. Paying $150 for delivery of an envelope with three pieces of paper in it, package getting lost with FedEx removing themselves from any accountability for it is ridiculous. Package was found by ourselves by calling local distributors one by one to find the package, which we did. It only took us to pick the phone and start making the calls , something FedEx does not seem know how to do anymore. FedEx you should be ashamed. Really ashamed of the level of services you offer.

I shipped an iPhone to trade in with Apple using a pre-paid FedEx label. However, I noticed that the package wasn't moving for a few days after it was dropped off at this FedEx location. When it finally arrived at Apple, they said the package had arrived sealed, but the iPhone was missing. It appears that someone either at this FedEx location or during shipment stole my iPhone, which was supposed to provide me with a $1000 credit towards a new iPhone. Apple eventually covered the cost at their own expense, but I wasted many hours being transferred to multiple departments and being placed on hold due to the unethical actions of some FedEx employees. This location should be investigated and monitored.

People were nice and accommodating. I sent them email for printing and ended up sent couple times to make it work. Other than that it is regular FedEx that will do everything not like some other locations.

I dropped a package off at this location on May 24. It was never seen again. No one will help me try to find this package. I have spent hours on the phone with FedEx. Several times I have been transferred over and over again. One time they actually transferred me to a school in New Jersey. I understand that FedEx has a great reputation but please be aware that if something goes wrong NO ONE WILL HELP YOU.

This is a good location. I stopped in yesterday after having serious shipping issues over the holiday. I use several shipping agents and this season lots was lost with fedex and usps. I came in pretty frantic because a high dollar item was Missplaced via fedex. the store employee JOSH went way out of his way to help me and get my package on track. Over the last 15 days of my package being lost no one helped me to the Caliber of this gentleman. Thank you for your help Josh! This young man definitely deserves to be recognized for the quality of work he does.

Every time I have come to Fed Ex , I cone with an open mind, & well, admittedly also when I must send Something by Fed ex. And 97% of the time, here's what transpires: 1-a long wait time 2-$$$ 3-very poor customer relations The most recent encounter involved me waiting while the employees chose to speak with each other instead of asking me what i needed for quite sone time. I finally had to ask the security guard to please try to get their attention for service. When I finally got some service, not one bit of expression crossed her face. Interesting. They need to take lessons from UPS across the street bc (see their yelp reviews). I don't recommend them unless you absolutely have to send something by Fedex.

Unfortunate customer service experience. I went in for notary services. I asked Ms. Sanders a question about the process and requirements. She told me I had to dial back my attitude because she could say no to stamping my documents. We finished my transaction in silence. No thanks for my business.

Unfortunately my customer service experience was subpar. I came in for notary service. I asked Ms. Sanders if she needed my entire completed application or just the one page that needed to be stamped. Ms. Sanders told me that I needed to dial back my attitude, because she could just say no and refuse to stamp my document. We completed my transaction in silence. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere.

Our first and last time coming in just to see if they had stamps. It was a shipping facility but anyways we walked in there was a older gentleman standing near the door with his coat and bags and We thought it was a customer since he didnt greet us and practically ignored us the whole time. As we were looking around for someone to help after a few minutes he speaks up as soon as uniformed staff member walks in the door and says “ what do you want because we almost closed” . Ok We just wanted a stamp and that was just extremely rude and maybe he should work the closing shift?
