My first time at this location. I felt that Marlon was extremely helpful with my printing possibilities and choices. After distinguishing my personal needs, we finally made a choice, and it came out great. I'll be back for all my printing needs, including business cards. Justin and Marlon, are my go to guys with whatever questions I have with my printing orders.

I recently visited the FedEx store and had the pleasure of working with Justin. He helped me pack my heavy amplifier with great care and attention to detail, ensuring that it would arrive at its destination safely. Heads up: as of 1/10/23, this location is under construction with very limited printing services. I recommend using Washington Wacker as a temporary alternative.

We’ve lived around the corner for years - I used to pick UPS vs FedEx store at random, but after Justin showed up as the store manager I’ve been loyal to fedex. You cannot be more helpful and attentive than Justin - he finds a solution to your problem with a smile on his face!

I had met Justin when he worked @ Gold Coast N. Dearborn (now closed). I instantly remembered him. So glad to see he is now a Store Manager. Despite it being a small order today his service was OUTSTANDING as if I were spending millions. Making me feel valued goes a long way with me. In Justin I know Fedex sees and wants to keep a winner like Justin. And I shall return.

Came here at 4:51pm to drop off an important document for work. Online says closes at 6 on Saturday and even the voicemail said 6. No sign, no explanation. Inexcusable.

Very unprofessional staff. I came in to ship my package at 7:30pm and the employee asked me to leave since he said he closes at 8pm. He was the only one working at the store, at that time.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. The person who did my shipment was called TRINITY. She was super rude. To be honest I’ve never been treated so badly at a store. I went at 530. Store closes at 6. She obviously wanted to close and leave. She told me my shipment wouldn’t go out today and asked me to leave. I said store was still open and that was the time i got out of work. Then she was acting super rude when asking details about my shipment. This is not the first time she’s like that. Seriously it is pretty bad image for your store. You should fire this person

We were in town for a wedding, trying to find a less corporate mom&pop print shop to print some posters. No luck. Ended up having to go to this Kinkos. We dealt with the same woman both days, dropped off Friday, pick up Saturday morning, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Prints came out perfect and the level of customer service couldn't have been better. Wish I remembered her name (Malena?) cause she deserves mention. After stuck quarantining for so many months it's really refreshing to have such a friendly professional experience.

Don't bother today is August 10th they are closed. When you call the voicemail says it's open at 9am today. That is not the case
