Honestly I came in to order cards I had a one in person and they totally missed the mark. The woman appeared to be very helpful, lied in my face and when I got to pick them up. It’s almost as if the person was colorblind, and I actually am!
The gentleman who we picked the card up from was confused as to why she told us any of that because he said our best route was to upload online. Instead she took my business and money and left me high and dry. Utterly dissatisfied. Makes sense why so many locations have closed

I like going to FedEx on 1315 E. 57th St., because they're very friendly. The worker I had today was very helpful and friendly to me. Thank you for your excellent service.

The LADIES here especially the older one have HORRIBLE attitudes I mean HORRIBLE. The men are pleasant but those women literally have the worse attitude I've even experienced with businesses in the Hyde Park area. I would encourage your company to do a secret shop to see how things need to change with that employee or just get rid of her because how she acts I highly doubt is coachable or fixable.

Me and my wife lives in the area, and decided to go into FedEx to have some things printed, No one speaks and then I decided to initiated contact with lady ( Woman with dreads) she ignores me..smdh horrible customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and disgraceful. I’ve never had any issues with fedex until today. The workers need to be trained on customer service.
