Horrible service and highly inflexible. Store was open i reached at sharp 7 pm and she refused to take my package. Very uncooperative lady in reception.

Actually visited to vfs the passport service centers but they accepting documents through mail only so unfortunately have to enter this place. Reception lady is non-cooperative,rude and unwilling doing the job without any reason. Being a customer i am not expecting. I believe every one has to follow Covid-19 guide line but that doesn’t mean customer can’t visit. Either they have supposed to close the office. Even charging more than the other branches. Beware to step in . They don’t want business just open as a part of formality. Review posted lated after get the confirmation of documents received. Literally scared about my documents.Guys many options of mailing think twice before step in.

Tip: the shop is inside the fairmont hotel! Go through the big entrance door, turn left, go down the escalators to the right of the big staircase. Then go right through the hallway and it’s on the left!Small fedex shop that has printers, computers and a front desk with a representative.

Just left, had some very urgent documents to fax and have never sent a fax before... millennials, am I right!? Marquita was working and she was incredibly helpful and endlessly polite. So I wanted to make sure everyone knew.

This location in phenomenal. I work across the street and have been coming here for years to get my printing done. Erica, the branch manager is absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable and efficient and very friendly. If she ever left, this store would be at a huge disadvantage. The entire staff is awesome and great to work with. They all deserve a raise. Great Great Great work done by all.
