The reviews are bad because They charge $4 minimum for you to drop off any package, even if it has a FedEx pre paid label on it. Stingy. Go to any of the other locations instead

This office only accepts parcels for an additional fee. It is unclear why the office is accessible from the street if, according to the employees, it is for hotel guests.

This is a convenient location but there’s an up charge since it’s in a hotel. They waived my fee for the up charge though so not a big deal.

From the FedEx site itself:"Shipments into and out of a hotel or convention center featuring a FedEx Office location are subject to receiving or handling fees in addition to the transportation charges incurred for shipping, regardless of the transportation carrier."Which is why they want $15 extra to process a return that you can take elsewhere for free. Avoid.

Was been told by the staff this location no longer take any package with prepaid return label. This should not display as a regular Fedex location on Google Map.

Do not go here!As others have said below, there is a ‘handling’ charge of $15 on top of the shipping charge. They don’t tell you this up front and shame you for not knowing this is ‘standard’. No refund and FedEx customer service is useless trying to get your money back, even after you didn’t use their service.

The employees are always willing help, answer any questions and make the experience easier. I always use this location for any printing needs and I have never had to wait long for an order to be ready.

Very kind gentleman working the counter got me all set with an important express delivery with minutes to spare before pickup. Smaller location, but was exactly what I needed.

DO NOT PRINT HERE. Complete rip off and don't inform you of prices when they are giving you options. Charged $60 to print 19 pages on REGULAR 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I still can't believe that just happened.

Went to the individual kiosk where it indicated you could scan. Paid. Then found out you couldn't scan. Went to ask a human for help. Wasn't offered a refund. Sent to a new kiosk. Paid again. Scanner wouldn't work. 30 minutes and $15 wasted and didn't get the work done which was time sensitive.
