Vanessa is amazing! The best customer service I've ever had at a FedEx Office. She was so caring and helpful with shipping supplies back home. This location should be grateful to have such an amazing employee that cares!

No sense of urgency and it gets even more embarassing when they try to condescendingly "school" you on how to pick up a package then you school them on how to do their jobs properly since they're the ones doing it wrong. Lady cut me off as I'm trying to give the tracking number for a reason and then has to do a walk of shame when she can't find a package with my name on it and we end up doing the process I started off trying to do. Then tries to condescendingly say "I don't know how they do it, but you need an ID" in-order to save face when my lanyard with my clearly visible ID for authentication has been around my neck THE ENTIRE TIME! I point to my ID and she shuts her mouth. Just embarassing. Also, somehow four people in line, each with one small package (3 out of the 4 had prepaid labels) turned in a fifteen minute wait. Do better.By the way I've been to pretty much every FedEx in the Chicagoland area. You're the only FedEx that asks for IDs before retrieving packages. Every single other one asks for the last four of the tracking because it's faster, more efficient and you get to see what type of recipient it is so then you can proceed to ask for the proper verification. No wonder this place is so slow...it's terribly run.

Supposed to be open to 6 pm on Saturdays. Got there 3:20 and it was closed, carried parcels over for nothing.

A lady named Anotoinatte does not know how to talk to customer and pretty rude. The location is convenient and open till 7. I have always been using their services, few workers there are good but they really need training on how to talk to customers and how to politely respond to queries.

Don’t go to this location unless it’s your last resort. Super unprofessional, don’t know how to treat a customer. Said she was helping other customers in the office but I was the only one standing there.

Gabe saved the day. We had an important business meeting and needed a rush order on 11 posters and 15 bound copies of a 70pg. presentation. Despite being told elsewhere that it couldn't be done, Gabe immediately told me he'd make it work for me and had it done same day. Truly went above and beyond and everything looked wonderful despite me requesting it so late!

Not so great service. I went to 2 different locations and both seem to give strange excuses. Not a found of this kind of experience and will try to avoid this location and fedex in general going forward. One extra for the person who attended as they were apologetic about the screw up that the company did.
