Staff looked bothered to have a customer. Told me in order to return a package they would charge a $10 fee as “they are in a hotel”(despite having a label already. All that was needed was to drop off). Don’t bother.

Very polite and didn’t waste my time. They have a package handling fee even with prepaid labels up to 1 pound is $4 then 1 to 10 pounds is $10.

Pretty terrible. Had 3 large boxed dropped off in front of the door. Fedex had a couple of trolleys with boxes on top (one with small 3 boxes that I could easily place back on after use) but they refused to lend me for the 1 minute I needed it and told me to ask the hotel, which they rightfully used. They also told me to wait while they were attending to other boxes and once I asked another employer, they said no. They then asked a handling fee of $40 per box

These people are the best I had a tough order to print for my company and they walked me through everything, reprinted everything over and over again until it was to our liking, gave me advice and were so kind and patience throughout the whole process. Valarie is a GOD SEND. I am so thankful she was there for me!

Impossible to find within the building and then they tried to charge me a $10 dropoff fee even though I had a prepaid shipping label. If you have been wondering why you see fewer FedEx stores these days, it is because the company is apparently being run by goldfish in a toilet

They wanted a $10 "handling fee" - which is unique to this location. Also they refused to honor my prepaid shipping box which was part a standard return process to a store.

They charge a convenience fee to drop off a package that has already been paid for. Might as well walk 2 blocks to USPS or 3 to UPS.I ended up dropping off a package at the Walgreens next door on Illinois. Easy, convenient, and free.
