They wanted a $10 "handling fee" - which is unique to this location. Also they refused to honor my prepaid shipping box which was part a standard return process to a store.

They charge a convenience fee to drop off a package that has already been paid for. Might as well walk 2 blocks to USPS or 3 to UPS.I ended up dropping off a package at the Walgreens next door on Illinois. Easy, convenient, and free.

This FedEx location is absolutely amazing. I came in a bit late on a Friday evening before closing and they still provided great service. These gentlemen were not only helpful but professional, gracious and courteous. The printed/laminated menu was of exceptional quality.

Really bad experience. I had a simple drop off package and the package/label owner clearly said don’t go to a fedex drop off but to a FedEx Office Print and Ship Center. I did go to this location which clearly states that. Once they initiated the process they asked for extra packaging cost which the label clearly stated is not expensed to me. I tried explaining and they said this location does charge extra for package even if it’s a part of the label and i can go to another location and they won’t charge me. Story at the other location was even more strange but didn’t like the attitude of the staff that helped me at this location and won’t recommend going to this location ever.

They charge a handling fee to drop off a package even if the label is prepaid and attached. Never seen that before.

They charge a handling fee so know this if you go. $10 extra dollars just to ship.

Unreal. I look up the nearest drop off spot, walk in with a package with a prepaid label on it, and then I am told the is a handling fee if I’m not a guest of the hotel. Find another drop off spot. Not worth it.
