Superior, friendly, helpful, effective staff. I used this location for a few quick printing jobs and creating a shipping label. Staff was fast and efficient.

They charge a $4 fee for dropping off anything with a pre-shift labeled. Do not go here

They charge a receiving fee, so you can't just order things like you would to a regular hotel, without having to pay 40 dollars for someone to grab your boxes

Fantastic service! My husband needed a letter envelope preprinted to give to the Italian consulate and they knew exactly what was needed. Quick and efficient and friendly staff!

This is a fantastic and easy location for the consulate clients as well as guests of the hotel especially since the self service printing is 24hrs unlike regular FedEx locations you do need a key card aka be a guest or have security let you in. There are Handling fees to accept , deliver, and pickup. It's based on weight whether you have a prepaid shipping label or not. They cannot accept QR codes (AT&T etc returns and happy returns) or bio/covid related packages or anything with dry ice and other dangerous goods. You can pick up your packages if they are closed by asking the front desk or security. Fees will be charged to the room afterwords. It's highly convenient when you're in a rush day to day. Also finding it is quite simple, you enter through the lobby, and go right until the end of the wing. Thought I'd share my input and help those discouraged by the many other reviews.

I went to drop off a prepaid package and forgot they charge to take packages UNLESS you are a guest in the hotel. No way! I walked out and went to the location inside the Illinois Center.Blegh!

The FedEx in the hotel is awful. The staff were just sitting around as I wanted to drop off a package and was told it would be $2.00 - no way. Mike was polite and informed me as why there is a charge. I went to another location.

The staff was rude and they wanted to charge an additional fee to drop off a package with labels that were already purchased.

Went to this location to ship my shoes. They didn't have the appropriate box size resulting in me having to pay additional for the box and shipping supplies and the additional that I should not have had to pay for. I just got scammed. Don't go to this FedEx. There is another location across the street.

Do not go here. Hotel FedEx charge double the price of normal FedEx. There used to be a FedEx in the John Hancock but no more. Printing here is double the cost and shipping has a $10 charge.
