I don't typically leave reviews, but these are the rudest people/person I've ever dealt with. I was having a fax sent to them (I used the fax number that was provided on the automated answering situation when you call their phone number, only to find out they don't use phone numbers anymore for faxes, only an email address) and every time I called, they were extremely annoyed. I would give them a pass because I could see how my repeated calls would be irritating, except I explicitly asked if I could provide my phone number so they could call me when the fax arrived, or I could continue to call back and check in. They said I should continue to check in. So I did. Every time I called to check on the status of my fax, it took me at least three times to speak to anyone and every time they were so rude and hung up on me. Finally they asked me which number I was faxing to and then told me they don't use fax numbers anymore. Cool. Why don't you put that in your phone prompt then? It would have save us all some time. Moving forward, I would purchase thousands of dollars worth of printing machines to avoid ever having to give these people my business. Avoid them at all cost.

Terrible experience. The employee was extremely rude and unfriendly. I was very nice and she was so incredibly rude and bratty. She wouldn’t even throw away my old packaging.

I went in just before closing tonight and was treated as if they just opened.Jakiesha took the time to make sure I had everything I needed.Exceptional service.

The customer service here is terrible!!!!! I walked in today and was greeted then stood at the counter waiting for somebody to walk up and ask me if I needed any help and they just asked “do you need something”. The lady opened my box and took out the coupons from the box and threw them away. I’m never coming back to this location. The women’s attitudes here are not welcoming at all.

Firstly, this is a brand new store on Wells, it is not located on Division. (However the photos on Google and the reviews are from the previous store.) This new store is much better all around. Most importantly, I cannot say enough amazing things about the team here and the exceptional customer service. They are kind, professional, efficient and willing to go completely above and beyond for their customers! Jakiesha has the best attitude, and “make anything happen” solutions! A complete lifesaver. Thank you so much for helping my small business in a pinch. Feels like an extension of my own team which is the best feeling that I could ask for. P.s. this location is convenient, clean, bright and overall pleasant. Thank you again! 11/10

don't bother trying to talk to a person there for prints, they will hang up and refuse to answer after that.

Customer service was very awkward. The clerk was confused on how to do his job. He couldn't ring me up properly and directed me to send one of my packages through USPS.

This location just opened and is not busy. If you come in to pick up your package that is suppose to be being held there and they can’t find it you will be told to call customer service. No! I should not have to leave your store and call customer service. You should help me. After repeatedly asking why they couldn’t help finally a lady who I believe to be the manager, asked if I had the tracking number and looked in the system to see where the package was located. Terrible customer service!

This used to be the FedEx Office on the corner of Dearborn and Division. It seems the same staff came to this location which is a good thing. They seem to be quick and professional at this location. It is smaller here than at the previous location but definitely an upgrade compared to the old one. For reference this FedEx Office is close to the Aldi store which is on the corner of Division and Wells.

I rarely write reviews. But, I was disappointed today. The staff is mostly helpful, however I was having trouble Printing the right size of my pdf file from the self service area. The manager there was friendly and kind and told me I could just have it printed in the back since it wasn't working. However another employee came out in the back to help, and he told me I would have to pay for the reprint because it's my "fault" since the settings were wrong. I am not tech savvy so it probably was my fault Perhaps I appeared frustrated and my energy was a bit negative but this was poor customer services. He told me my "foul/file" lines were wrong- I don't even know what that means. And when he printed it out for me, it came out the same way I had printed it and he had to adjust something on his end to print out the tickets the way I needed them. I'm unsure if this guy was having a bad day. Either way he ended up not charging me for the reprint, but his way of speaking to me was hurtful and rude. I even needed to borrow a pen and was afraid to ask because I thought maybe they'd ask me to buy them or something, so went across the street to Lou Malnati's to borrow a pen from them. I shouldn't feel this way walking into a fedex print shop, I expect better customer service. I understand people have bad days but do not tell a customer their print came out wrong because it's their fault.

Had a great personalized experience with Brittany and her coworker the other night. I had a large printing order that needed to be done on a deadline and they stayed open late to get it done for me, which I know can be such a hassle. So appreciate the customer service at this location!

This is my go to place for printing. They have plenty of computers, so there's never a wait. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
