Started an online order that came out to about $90 and decided I'd use the print center as long as it could be finished on time. Finished the order after talking to the print center and when I went to checkout the price increased to $235 for the SAME order. That's an absolutely absurd premium to pay - and it wasn't up front on the website. Garbage system. Guess I'll be sharing my conference documents digitally instead!

Tiffany and DQ were an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, efficient, and professional. Once you locate the business office, the rest is a breeze. Just be sure to follow the signage past the print center to find it easily. There is a handling fee for pre paid drop offs.

No clear signs to indicate the location within the hotel. Came to drop off a prepaid package and was told there's a 10$ drop off fee.

This FedEx location is absolutely ridiculous. Who in their right mind would place a pickup location inside a hotel with no clear signage? It’s nearly impossible to find, and to make things worse, there’s no GPS signal in the building to help navigate. Extremely frustrating experience. Please consider relocating this pickup point somewhere actually accessible. Worst FedEx location I’ve ever dealt with.

Employees had bad attitude and they charge insane ‘Handel fees’ just to touch your package. Even for ones you have pre-paid and just dropping off.

They are ON IT here! Was in a tough spot day before a convention and they were able to rush a print job and get me my overnight packages as soon as they arrived. Friendly staff too!

Attending an event at McCormick Place and my entire booth was lost.
Showed up at 5pm on a Sunday, and Anika helped me come up with a plan to get a retractable banner, some stand up signs, and all of the collateral I needed printed in hours!
By Monday at 9am all was ready, and at least I had the basics needed to exhibit. Anika was wonderful and patient and I can’t thank this location enough for saving the day!

Actually ZERO stars! So disappointed. I was walking 60 miles for breast cancer on September 6 and a friend sent an edible fruit arrangement to the marriott marquis. Unfortunately, I was not aware and never received it. For some reason, Fed Ex decided to call me on September 27 to see if i wanted the molded arrangement Seriously, they couldn't call me when they got it but could call me 21 days later. Dont accept deliveries for the hotel if u can’t notify the recipient of the delivery. You should reimburse my friend for the arrangement.

I had the best experience everytime I came here. I was here for a tradeshow/ conference and I bumped into many obstacles. First my print material didn't arrive and they helped me print it fast on site so we would have materials to pass out. They went over all the paper options. Then I had to request them to pick up my shipment from my booth which they came in a timely manner. Then I was missing 2 shipping labels and they quickly handled that as well! Huge shout out to DQ, Will, and Racara! You guys are the dream team :)
