Came on my lunch break to shop a package at apparently they are understaffed and can close whenever they want for lunch. Please keep in mind if you are in a time crunch like me that that may not be able to assist you and can close whenever they choose for lunch.

INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Avoid this location at all cost. I came to this location after speaking with FedEx over the phone and having them tell me to go there and that there will be no charge for my return. When I got there, the employee said that because they're inside a hotel, there will be a fee despite FedEx having said that there wouldn't be any fees for anything. Anywho, I asked how much would the fees be for the transaction and she stated that it would be $10 for the item I had, given it's size and weight. I said that's fine and to go ahead with the transaction. She then proceeded to charge me $18 and when I asked her why I was charged more than she had stated, she says that she only told me how much the box costs and that there were handling fees on top of it. I was dumb founded as to how she could have mistaken my earlier question regarding the total cost of the transaction vs how much must the box costs. At this point it wasn't even about the money and I just wanted to cancel the transaction. Then her and the store manager say that they don't know how to do a refund. They were bothered that I wanted to cancel the transaction despite having been lied to and having to pay $18 for something that would have been free at any other location. Then the manager said that she'll process the refund once she figures out how and will call me to let me know it's been done. At that point I asked for a cash refund to make things easier and they said they couldn't do that. 2 days later they called me and said that if I wanted my refund, I had to go back to the store to get a CASH refund. Anyways long story short, I'M NEVER USING FEDEX AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! Throughout the whole process both employees were extremely rude even tho their incompetence was the problem and I was being respectful and polite the whole time. I'm amazed how employees like these get to keep their jobs.

Echoing what others have pointed out… there is a “drop off fee” here even if you’re shipping something that is prepaid.

Very bad experience! That clerk lady there was soooo disrespectful and insulting! Whoever she was, FedEx management there needs to figure out what her personal problem is and hold their employees to a higher standard because she doesn't need to be giving their customers an attitude every time as her behavior is reflective of FedEx. Very rude and disrespectful!

Horrible experience. I had a package to return with a Fedex QR code and went to 5 different Fedex drop off locations, and they all refused to return my package even though I was referred to each location from another one. Fedex needs to get their act together and make packages easier to return with a Fedex QR code. I have been walking literally 2 miles being sent from place to place and wasted over 2 hours trying to get this simple errand done. I will never purchase anything again that is Fedex shipping or returns. Fedex has the worst customer service!

Best Fedex location is here inside the Westin Hotel! Ebony is a superstar! She helped me with a large shipment I needed to do and was patient, courteous and professional - can’t say enough good things about her! I tried to put comments in the We Listen section of fedex but kept getting error message so wanted to post here.Will always use this location and will always choose over UPS - thank you Ebony!
