Its a small basic location.Excessive fax charges not sure if all fedex charge so much now but faxed 5 pages front and back cgarfed $23.Cheaper to overnight via usps.

This is the second time I had to print specialty items at this location, and it was the second time I received amazing service. The employee with shorter curly hair and glasses (I'm mad at myself for not getting her name!) was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful in getting my labels printed and worked with me to get the sizing and placement right. It is so nice to have helpful and knowledgeable people to assist.

Just in, and my friend and I had to print a document that was difficult to format. Rabun provided excellent help, and we were able to get the document we needed. She deserves to be praised for her help, and was professional throughout, as I let my thoughts about the print and internet kiosks be known.
One suggestion, however: your internet and print kiosks are designed to extract as much money for the least amount of service provided. If you want to generate a loyal clientele you would make your services more user-friendly.

I had a $80 print order that was completely botched by this FedEx location. When I complained the staff were rude and unhelpful. They started victim blaming me for using the wrong visual design software and the file sizes being too large. They also informed me that despite the web preview looking fine that it was still my fault the project came out wrong. There were missing layers, colors, and pages printed in the wrong order. I used to come here for all my printing needs but never again!
Ps they asked for a copy of my receipt from the day before and said they couldn’t help me without it. When I showed the staff an online copy of my exact receipt they still refused saying the needed the exact print pages to verify! I literally threw them out and the same staff member witnessed the botched printing. Just ridiculous and deceitful.

I came in last minute with a complicated printing order and Courtney was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful!! She was definitely on the ball with helping me out and making sure other customers were helped as well, plus it's a clean and well maintained location with other friendly staff members. Thanks, guys!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though she was the only person on the floor and there were a few customers around she treated everyone with respect and made sure everyone had what they needed. Thank you again for your help getting my package mailed off!

SUPER CLEAN spaces with lots of areas to work w documents etc. They even have restrooms and waterfountain. Very efficient
