Hey, why all the bad reviews? First off, this FedEx is tucked into the Michigan Ave. Marriott, it takes a little searching. That's fine, though!I was downtown and needed a document printed out, that I STUPIDLY didn't print at home before I ventured out. What happened to the paperless office?!I used their "Send. Print. Go." service at one of the self service machines. Now, these are supposed to be user friendly, and work perfectly for people who don't have a lot of experience with printing stuff/design/using computers.I couldn't figure it out or make it work. Sent off the li'l email and . . . nothing happened. I put my tail between my legs and went to ask for help, defeated.The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! We got my PDF printed out for only $1.14! Not bad! This is a great shop, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I'm in a "need a printout" situation.

Scheduled fedex pick up from my hotel never executed. Was able to work with the staff at the Intercontinental and the Marriott to get my express shipping out before last pick up. Incredibly helpful

This is literally a useless piece of crap… everytime I go there they can’t do something or it’s an extra $15 because they are a hotel location and not a real store.Save time and frustration and go down the street 8 min (4 blocks) to 34 W Erie location.Also small but big thing their doors don’t open by themselves so it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get packages in easily.I can’t state how annoyed I am

Everyone offers their own perspective. Mine nothing but OUTSTANDING from Rebecca & Samantha who amidst their larger projects and numerous shipments ( I think primarily from out of town visitors), I amd my project were treated like royalty. Understanding of its scope, communicating its progress and delivering on time excellence.What can I say except I shall return.And the biggest plus to me is its location in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, that while we'll trafficked, on the 2nd floor of the Marriott gives you privacy from others, which to me is an added plus in these times in which we live.

DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES HERE unless you want to waste moneyThere are additional handling fees added per hotel that is not specified on their website.1.1-10 lbs = $10, even if you have a pre-paid labelMarriott status does not qualify for a discount or removal of the feeWorker was sarcastic about the fees and said I should have gone elsewhere if I didn’t want to pay, but as someone who chose the closest Marriott, this did not come up on the FedEx website and is deceitful

Excellent. Fast and efficient. I had some issues with the self-service multi-functional machine, but the store manager took good care of us.

Excellent customer service from Trey at the FedEx Chicago Marriott Magnificent Mile location! I needed flyers for an event at the hotel and he was there to help me get the job done in time. THANK YOU!

Go to 444 N. Wells location and avoid being gouged. Found this "drop off packages" location on FedEx.com. Was charged a "handling fee" to use this location. Was told guests of the hotel are charged the same. I boxed the shipment myself. I created the shipment/printed the label myself. I would give 0 stars if I could, and if I were a guest of the hotel I'd be astounded that what is touted as a convenience for the paying business traveler is an upcharge.

John helped me today! He actually helps me every week...he's amazing!!!! I only use this FedEx, because I can't risk going anywhere else. I trust John and Rebecca, and for that reason, I'm a customer for life!

They charge extra because it is located inside hotel (Marriott 2nd floor).Avoid this location unless you should.Nearest alternative - 111 E Wacker Dr.

I was having a DAY trying to print some business cards. John was absolutely marvelous and helped me a ton. So thankful! Great service.
