I love Felt. Cat and Paige are so kind, accommodating and intuitive. They know my wife's style and always have a great suggestion for me if I'm needing a last minute birthday/valentines/mother's day gift for her. Seeing a Felt box and wrapping paper get's a guaranteed squeal of excitement from her and that itself is a gift to me. Pricing is very fair for the quality and originality of the clothing, especially considering the level of personalized service that they offer.

I walked into this store with my husband, excited to check out another boutique in the area. Nobody greeted us, which I didn’t think anything of, until I noticed that everyone else who was walking in was being greeted. During our time there, nobody approached us, as I watched other people being helped. When people walked out, they were also thanked and told to come back, so I made sure I listened when we walked out, and sure enough, no one said anything. When we walked out, we talked about it, and it left me feeling very upset. I am still upset about it now. It was clear that my husband and I were the only people of color in the store. I debated leaving this review, but reading on other reviews that others have had a similar experience assured me that I too need to share mine. The little things you do, or don’t do, are very much felt and noticed.

Could this place be any more amazing? The people are 100% the best in finding clothes I would never have put myself in - but I looked fabulous! I am so glad I have found this option in Chicago for unique, cute clothes.

I love unique boutiques in town where you'll find pieces you'll be keeping for years to come no one else will have. You'll find some friendly ladies inside that are willing to help you shop around & find pieces, or be left to wander on your own. I found a great summer party outfit I know I'll be keeping for a long time. Just be aware this store is on the higher end of things $$$. Sometimes you just have to treat your self.

This shop has won my heart totally and utterly and completely. They offer a wide variety of lovely and one-of-a-kind products, all of which are sure to win the hearts of customers like me. Because this is my favorite place to go shopping, a few of my dresses and other pieces of clothing were purchased here. In addition, I adore their brandings as well as their staff, who are always so accommodating and pleasant. In addition, this place has a wonderful ambience, and I particularly like how relaxing the interior is. The last time I came here, I purchased a few dresses, as well as tops, skirts, and skirt sets. I believe I spent more money than I should have, but it's okay because I'm happy with everything I picked out. The dress is what I love the most, because it is so elegant, and I believe that by wearing it, people will find me to be even more charming and lovely. Very highly recommended.

This place was clean and neat. The ambiance was chilling. It was not too hot there. Their interior design was simple but it was clean to look at. There are clothes hanging at the two sides of the place. In the middle part I can see a table that has products on it. They sell clothes, pants, shorts, accessories, hats, wallets, pouches, bags and sunglasses. I wanted to buy sunglasses so I went to one table because there were sunglasses on the table. All of it looks cool and I choose only to buy. It looks perfect on me. Aside from that I added a polo jacket to my purchase. It was thick and perfect for any occasion. It's a little bit expensive but it's worth the price. I only purchased a polo jacket and sunglasses so I went to the counter and paid for it. The staff seems nice and kind.

This is a store where I've been shopping for a few months and have always come away with some amazing stuff. Moreover, I can confidently state that this is THE BEST BOUTIQUE IN CHICAGO!!!There is a superb selection of designers at Felt, from beautiful party dresses to the perfect pair of jeans to the most comfortable travel ensemble. They have everything! The design is simple, and the prices vary depending on the season. Besides having a fantastic selection of treasures, the staff is also quite helpful and has great taste in everything they sell. They do an excellent job at not just informing you about the function of each piece, but also informing you about the history of the brand. It is a store that is brimming with attractive, high-quality clothing and accessories that have been expertly picked. So, you will definitely not be disappointed if you come here. All in all, I highly recommend this boutique!

I'm already a regular customer here. That's why I already know how good and how beautiful their products are. Some of my dresses and clothes came here, cause this shop is my favorite shop. I really love the quality of clothes here, so whenever I want some new clothes, this is always my "shop to go". I bought some tops, skirts and also some dresses. I think I bought too much, but it's okay, I love all that I chose. The dress is what I love the most, it's so cute and I think it will make me more charming. I already have this kind of dress, but the color is what makes it different. The color of the dress that I bought here last month was beige and yesterday I bought a plain white dress. And also, it's color is my favorite one, that's why it easily got my attention when I saw it. They deserve 5 stars for me.
