Aside from the front desk person, the rest of the staff was more interested in just talking to each other than helping anyone. There were several people walking around the store and they didn't talk to anyone except for each other.

Shopping for a new dishwasher can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget. I went into Ferguson not entirely sure what to expect, but the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
Justine was so easy to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She guided me to a great option that fit both my space and my budget, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free.
The installation was just as smooth. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even handled a surprise power issue without skipping a beat. It was clear they knew what they were doing and cared about getting it right.

Stepping into Ferguson kitchen, bath and lighting showroom in Chicago was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly team who made me feel right at home. This location is on point. Experience and have everything ready before you arrive. Ferguson is an excellent company top notch, now the location in Addison is a different story. That location is too chilled,no urgency, blame game.

We're remodeling our Primary bathroom and came to check this place out. The receptionist welcomed us and was really friendly. As we looked, we saw some pretty great products. However, none of the other employees within the showroom ever offered assistance or even said hello. Maybe they were busy, even though we were the only customers in there on a Thursday afternoon. So after 30-40min, we made notes of what we liked seeing, but probably purchasing elsewhere

We had a plumbing issue with our new bath spout. Ernest talked with my contractor and took the time to find a solution. He ordered the part and the project was able to be completed without a delay. Thanks to his professionalism and creativity, he and my contractor were able to solve this tricky connection issue without ripping out the newly installed tile.

Excellent customer service, excellent in-stock selection/procurement and all the name brands. My main Zoeller sump trigger switch failed. I called this location's number which is actually routed to a main call-center. The touch-tone menu is well organized and I was on the line with someone in 30 seconds who fulfilled my order quickly and accurately. The inventory system is also accurate (unlike the big box stores) so I could pick up my new sump from this location after ordering. They also setup an online account for me so I could track the receipt for easy access with any future warranty needs. I had the new sump at my house within 30 minutes of placing my call. That's outstanding. Icing on the cake.... The tech who helped me at pick-up asked about the failure and advised that I just buy a new switch which they stock at the warehouse. I ordered the switch and will have it in 3 days. Their easy return policy means I can have this main sump ready to install in the unlikely event the back-up fail, but return it for a full refund once I get the new switch installed. Saved me three hundred bucks. Great experience here.
