This place is full of clowns waited on willcall for over 30 minutes even after calling this other 45 minutes prior to get a control board .while other 3 customers got there after me placed their order and they where taken care of before I did .
If I could rate this place 0 I would . Useless people working here

Great place to unload, easy access to the docks, straight through the back of home depot dock area, and they are fast to unload and great people to deal with.

Parking for truck driver
Easiest way is to access the building is behind home depot ( first right from the highway go straight on the second light turn right you will see home depot on your right before you reach the light their is access drive way behind home depot you will see alot of pallet .follow the picture don't pass the light .

Ferguson has been a huge help with procuring parts and timely deliveries. I was actually working with another vendor in the area and I've switched almost completely to Ferguson as they have made things just so much easier and smoother.

There are 2 ways to get to the docks. Id suggest the green route. As flatbeds unload in the home depot driveway. There's quite a bit of room to back in. They were fast to unload.

Fast to unload. Also, no overnight parking provided, but I parked at one of their 9 docks and spent the night. No one bothered me. They come in early, by like 0500, but load up their own box trucks first. They do not go by appointments. First come first served. Easier to enter by Addison street and exit behind the home depot.

The two fat guys play games with customers and send them off to no where when trying to pick up parts and also they act like your order is not there. Horrible service i will never come back. they got to go

Grateful this place was open and well stocked and wonderful people. Heater went out at 4am 12/23 during the cold. Fortunately I'm a little handy and look for the obvious 1st and found fan capacitor blew up, had to wait til day break and start calling, people were nope, nope have to order. Found this place and it was like how many do you need and the prices are great.
