Inconsiderate idiots!! Their truck blocked an already very narrow street, Leland Ave in Jefferson Park earlier today 5-3. If an emergency vehicle had come down the street they would have been screwed!! There were several large parking spots very near to where they stopped. Or better yet they should have parked in the alley! Three cars behind them had to back up to the end of the block since there was no way to get around them on a narrow street!

I set-up an appointment to view options for my bathroom remodel. I met with a salesperson and she was friendly and helpful, but I could tell she was very busy. No problem. She said she would send me a quote; however, after almost 2 weeks I never received the quote. When I contacted the salesperson I could tell she had forgotten. Like I said. She was busy. Ok, no problem. I had lots of questions and changes to the quote so we emailed each other frequently. Finally, I selected all the items I needed, except for the bathtub, which I needed to select to complete my order. After testing tubs at several local bath stores, I decided we needed a 66x36 tub so I asked her to research a tub that size so I could add it to the order. She said that was an unusual size and sent me several links, but kept telling me to pay for the order through their customer service. FYI - No, it's not an unusual size. I could tell she was busy and just wanted me to pay and move on because she kept telling me to take the order number to customer service and pay. But, I didn't have everything I needed. I needed a tub to complete the order and I needed her help, but wasn't getting it. I then emailed her the following week and told her the exact tub I needed - name, size, etc. I got no response for almost 3 weeks. So, I went to Kohler Studio and got a quote on everything I wanted, including the tub. The quote took 1 day for me to receive. Their prices were higher than Ferguson for the same items, so I negotiated with the Kohler salesperson to meet the Ferguson quote and they did. They also took the time to explain a few things about the items I selected and made much needed recommendations. They took the time with me that I needed. After all, I'm spending over $5,000 for faucets, tubs, sinks, shower system, etc., so rushing me isn't a good idea. The bottom line - the salesperson at Ferguson was so busy and overwhelmed that she just wanted me to pay and move on. When we first met, I mentioned lighting and she said, "Oh, we'll get to that later." She said that because she just wanted to close the sale and move on. Surprise, surprise, we never discussed lighting. She didn't have the time.

Great selection (mostly online but decent in-store), great service, speedy delivery. Sarah in sales was super responsive. I started my renovation project at Studio 41 near Merchandise Mart (near my job) and in Lincolnwood (near nothing) and while the team in Lincolnwood was MUCH nicer than the folks on Hubbard (it wouldn't take much) there wasn't nearly the responsiveness and pricing transparency that I got at Ferguson. I was initially very overwhelmed by by master bath rehab- Sarah was easy to work with and worked well with my contractor to replace a Kohler tub that arrived with minor damage. Totally a 5 star experience
