There is a reason why Fervale has a perfect 5-star rating after hundreds of reviews. I've now brought them several jewelry pieces on a few different occasions. I've always thought their customer service, prices, and repair quality were perfect but the owner took it to another level with the latest repairs...giving me a refund on a prepayment because he handled the repair differently than he originally expected. Not sure there is a more kind and honest business owner in the city.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fervale Jewelry, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Not only did he have a stunning selection of jewelry, but he also took the time to teach me about buying watches for the future. Beautiful repair work, excellent customer service, and affordable. I have a silver pin that I bought in Scotland almost ten years ago and is very sentimental to me. The clasp on the back that keeps the pin in place had broken off, which is very hard to fix. Other places weren’t able to help, but he was able to fix it no problem, and polished it up to look like new. I’m so happy and thankful for his beautiful work. Highly recommend!
