About FFS - Ashland Division Currency Exchange
FFS - Ashland Division Currency Exchange is a business that has received a mix of reviews from customers. While some have had positive experiences, characterized by respectful and prompt service with a smile from the Hispanic women who work there, others have reported negative encounters.
The business is described as efficient, with customers typically waiting in short lines and being assisted quickly and accurately. Some reviewers attribute the positive treatment they have received to their own respectful and friendly behavior towards the employees.
However, there are also negative reviews that contradict these experiences. Overall, the reviews suggest a business that provides a quality experience for some customers, but may struggle with consistency in customer service and satisfaction across all interactions.

Called this location several times while clarifying the requirements to get a new city sticker and parking zone pass. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and accommodating. Came into the office and Raquel was super helpful with processing my documents and getting me the new sticker. Would recommend.
