Manager of this branch has no clue what customer svc means. Couldn't be bothered to lift a finger to solve a customer complaint----first rolled her eyes then provided only excuse after excuse....all w a smile. So long.

Customer service is what I'm rating- they have been very kind in my experience and have helped answer any questions very concisely. Seems like the professional side of things is very smooth as well

I have been to 7 banks to get a medallion signature for the ridiculously stupid treasurydirect "service" only to be rejected every time. Finally I was able to go to fidelity and they gave me the signature without a fuss. I did have an account from 15 years ago which likely greased the rails, but nonetheless kudos!

Terrible experience, it took less than a year to not make me one red cent, but lose 150k. Their advice, just keep weathering the storm. yeah, weather the storm. Because it's not your money. Go else where. Period.

Not attentive and uncaring.Sorry to say from a very long time customer.Can’t get thru to a premium service advisor no matter what the time.After months of reporting an account problem it continues without resolution.I don’t know what happened to this once very fine company but for me it may be time to move onSorry to say.

I'll definitely recommend you to look at the quarters of Jun for 234 and you can get the benefits from my company because it's the money for you and your company for my being on the market for companies to make sure us currency takes over due to the fact that it's the only currency requirement for the world to have the money to help everyone
