I was super happy with the new employees and new manager at the branch. It used to be in turmoil but now the new faces are very welcoming and make banking easy there.

This 5/3 was clean and efficient. Kara Bryan, the Personal Banker, helped me immediately when she noticed I was in distress. Well, crisis averted. Her customer services skills were impeccable. I will be returning to this location. Thanks so much 5/3!

This is the worst place you can open an account lock me out of my account. This is terrible. I don’t know why they keep the bank open. I don’t think they even have customers.

Worst experience in my life getting a loan from this bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone ever, period! Applied for a home equity loan to add another bedroom in my house for my kids, but somewhere in the process, the bank decided that the money should be used to payoff my car loans from another bank instead of making it available to me finance the construction costs I told them I needed the money for. They told me that the car loan payoffs were in the terms of the loan papers I signed, and it was on me to understand it. So now all my cars are paid off with a higher interest rate, longer duration loans, and I didn't get any of the money for the construction project. The loan process was so unorganized, so long, so much time getting them all the documents they asked for, and it's really all the wasted time and energy that upsets me the most... Worst experience and communication I have every dealt with. I'm so disappointed with their service, I'd park on the other side of the street if there is a branch next to where I have to go.

The lady who’s working was absolutely not competent and got mad at because she couldn’t do it. Asked me a question which I answered to, but she was bothered, or she hates man I don’t know. She was extremely rude and not competent. The guy next to him asked the same questions and got the same answers and did what I needed in a minute with no issues at all! She didn’t have a sign with her name at her desk, the guy hesitated to say but I asked the lady, her name was Eva as per her and she didn’t say her last name which is not really needed.Stay away from this lady at this branch.

Unhelpful, useless branch of a terrible bank. And no manager on duty to even assist. Fifth Third has gobbled up a bunch of local full service banks. They have replaced them with no service, useless fee generators. Avoid this bank like the plague.

I walked in and I had to say Hello twice to 3 people to get hello. Not very welcoming
