Horrible they put me one shoe then couldn't find the second shoe they didn't put then 1,001,000 times I had to ask for the data, they didn't give me a check and I'm still waiting all this wasting my time.😡🤬

ABSOLUTE FRAUD! We came to Chicago for a family trip and stopped at Water Tower Place to do some sopping, we went to FinishLine because my husband wanted some new shoes. We found this really nice pair of "Air Jordan retro 3 basketball shoes" that he and I both liked! We ask the attendant KJ to assist us with getting the shoes. He told us they were out of his size and that we would have to order them and have them delivered to our home in Cinci. no problem, we finish the transaction of and getting our details, we had the receipt emailed because were having the shoes delivered to our house. WE PAID $177 FOR THESE SHOES! I never got the email for the receipt which was strange. I signed up for the STATUS rewards to track our order, and I noticed under orders it said complete. I thought that was strange since we hadn't received the shoes yet, I called back and KJ answered again and told us that the order says completed because it was shipped and that it would take a few more days to receive them. Ok fine. So, I waited 2 more weeks because I didn't want to be a nuisance and keep calling every other day. Well today I decided that it was finally time to check back in with FinishLine to see where the shoes are. I called and the person on the phone was very dismissive and told me that there is nothing that he can do and that I would have to contact customer service. FINE. I contacted CS and told them the story they asked for the order number that I didn't have because I never got the email receipt. They end up getting the transaction number and the last four or the card number with my name and told me that when we had placed the order for the shoes, it "LOOKED LIKE WE PAID FOR THE SHOES IN STORE AND LEFT WITH THE SHOES IN HAND THAT DAY." WHAT??!!!!! She said that I will get a call from the supervisor in ~72 hours to "investigate" the situation? I ask what we do in the mean time and if we would get a refund or get the actual shoes, all she said is that I have to wait. IF YOU ASK ME THAT IS THEFT!

WORST costumer service I’ve ever experienced. The website doesn’t work, when it does, the chat doesn’t help; twitter account asks to pay for twitter premium to send you guys a DM. Nobody answers the phone when I call. There’s simply NO WAY to talk to anyone about my online order that was LOST! I don’t have a feedback from anyone and it’s stressing me out. Would NEVER recommend this store to anyone or buy here again.
