They are always over whelmed that they just rush you out and service it not completed. I went for an oil change and when I went to pick up my car I was told I needed a few things on my car done so I told them well since my car is already here can you get it done.
There reply was "no because my initial appointment was for an oil change but that I could make an appointment for another day".
I would suggest a different location where they take there time with your car and things get fixed the day you take your car. I do want to mention my review is based on a few times I came to this location.

I felt like the labor cost is way too much especially when you charging $300 labor to change the brakes, but also wanna charge a $300 labor fee for the rotors and The wheels have already been taken off, and there is basically no extra labor.

I went on a Saturday at 3:30 in the afternoon to get a wheel alignment. I was there for two hours a little bit longer than I would have liked to be but the service was fine.

Over charging for tires. I went to discount tires and saved $400. They don't have good customer service. I thing it depend who is there because I went other time for some other reason and the other guy was better and did not try to over charged me.

I visited firestone store at 1558 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60605 for my car wheel alignment. I was not satisfied Initially. Then I called representative to redo it again. Joseph (Joe), Launa who helped me fixing the issues. I should really appreciate Joe who helps customer with real care. He should be recognized and complimented for his service.

I dropped my vehicle off for an 8 a.m. appointment and was informed that two cars were ahead of mine. Alfredo said I would receive a call about the services my car would need.
I waited until 4:30 p.m. for a call but did not receive one. I had to call for a status update and was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes. After 5 p.m., I finally received a call.
When I went to pick up my car, I discovered it had been ready for hours, but no one had contacted me. Unfortunately, it had snowed earlier that day, and my car was covered as the snow ended in the afternoon. Clearly, my vehicle and my time were not a priority to them.
I understand that sometimes things happen, and customers can get lost in the shuffle of a busy day. However, this was the second time I had not received a call promptly. I guess the old saying, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice; shame on me." Fits here. I guess great customer service is no longer the standard we should expect.

I made an appointment to get new tires. I dropped it off and they said it should be ready by a certain time. When that time came around I called for a status update and they didnt even started working on my car.
Since they were way too busy to care about customer satisfaction, I took my business someplace else.

Today I decided to get some air in my tires before my meeting. I had 2 hours before I had to drive for 40min to get to my meeting. I called beforehand and they let me know that it would be a 10 minute wait. When i got there an overweight dude with curly hair was super rude to begin with. Immediately dismissed me and told me to pull up to the back. I ended up waiting there for 40 minutes in the car. When did 10 turn into 40? Oh and I was late for my meeting as well.

I’ve seen review about the location and still thought to give it a try as them being busy doesn’t mean they should be careless on how they run their businesses. I made a scheduled appointment including the other things I had planned. I get a call saying he has 3 other scheduled for 8 am and 9 am so I could move the time I had that was approved. Why would you allow over booking for times and days that are unavailable. Just pick a different location because first impressions are important.

Prior to brining my car in, I called beforehand and they instructed me to bring it in as soon as possible. So I brought my car in for service at 10am, and the lot was full, so I parked on the street. When I went to check in, I told Alfredo that it was parked on the street and asked if I should move it. He said no, because they would move it right away. When I went to go pick up my car at 5pm, I had a ticket, and when I checked out no one mentioned it, they just left it on the windshield for me to discover. The ticket was also issued at 1pm, so my car sat there for 3 1/2 hours. Also, afterwards I got an electronic survey to fill out for the service, and it asked if I would like a manger to contact me and I selected yes because I wanted to discuss the ticket. No one ever contacted me.

Mostly decent service but they put 10 psi too much pressure in my new tires. Same thing happened to my friend.

What’s the point of an appointment if you can’t honor it?!?! Had a 10am appointment, at 3:45pm when I had to call for an update, they said they were a little behind and will get to in the MORNING!!! Not ok, contemplate waste of my time!

I stop by and asked if could get air for my tires they told me it would be at least an hour…. For a tire pressure adjustment?!?! The service advisor said there air-lines were frozen… it was snowing and it was like 32 degrees outside, but I seriously doubt the air-lines were “frozen”…
