HelloI went to firestone to have my passenger rear tire replaced because it had a nail it .When I got home from work at 6:50 I looked at my tire and realized that they dud not replace the right tire but replaced the left instead. I called them and told the pm person that a mistake was made. I went up to the shop and the pm person just kept saying I said leftside I told them passenger back the man continued saying that's what I said don't you inspect any thing before you replace t it and he said mo. Them proceeded to tell he can fix it on Thursday today is tuesday.

I've had work done at this location many times before. They are so conveniently located that it would be difficult to try to find an alternative location for service anywhere near this one.The staff has usually been very good about explaining whatever work or equipment was needed to repair our cars, and the staff on my last trip did a particularly good job about explaining to me what the problem was with my wife's car.Best to try to set an appointment with this location if you can, because; they are often busy, and they have a relatively small parking lot. So plan ahead if you can, but even if you have a more urgent matter (like a flat or punctured tire) - they're usually pretty good about getting you in for service.

Please!!! update your opening and closing time this place does not open at 6:00 a.m. as the website states. I sent my girlfriend to this location which was out of her way because of the opening time she waited 20 minutes for them to open but they never opened at 6:00 or 6:30 it ended up being a total waste of time and gas.

This establishment does not open at 6am! I'm here right now in my car waiting for them to open at 623am and there's only 1 person in the building that hadn't unlocked the doors and no one has answered the phones. I was in desperate need of a new battery and I'll have to drive somewhere else. If you're in an emergency don't come to this location. False advertisement!

Firestone Tires 4515 N. Harlem Harwood Heights Illinois. I only needed a headlamp changed, but the service was really great, very fast. The staff were all very polite and professional.

They messed up the brakes on our Mini Cooper TWICE. Scheduıing is always a challenge. The team comes across as inexperienced and unknowledgable. We found much better service at the Goodyear down the street located at 1806 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60616.

I’ve been taking my cars to the Firestone for n South Wabash in Chicago for fifteen years and have never been disappointed. Car is ready when promised and the job write up workers are easy to work with and are knowledgeable.

My car is fairly new. The Ford dealer service was dreadful. Firestone took great care of my 1996 Crown Victoria and now my little Blueberry Eco Sport. They are wonderful

I scheduled an appointment and went in for a tire change. When I got there 4 team members gathered talking while others were on phones and busy. Eventually someone pointed at me and a man walked to his desk and allowed me to approach. I don’t know why he was mad but he was mad. He argued with me about my appointment and I eventually just left. I found a cheaper price and better service a block away.

I am grateful to Alfredo who helped me with a flat tire issue. Alfredo was professional and friendly. Tire needed was in stock and took a short time to replace a tire. Great customer service and thank you for your hard work. I appreciate Alfredo and the Firestone team. Have a happy and healthy 2024!

The shop says they close at 8 pm and we arrived at 705 pm yet they had all lights off and they refused to take a look at the flat tire for repair. They weren't really empathetic at all to the needs of a family from outside of the area and in fact didn't even want to fill the air in the tire so we could probably make it to a near by location. I have used Firestone multiple times before but I will unfortunately have to say No going forward. This was not the customer service I expected and I think I should reach out to their president on the degradation in customer service when that's supposedly what Firestone stands for above anything else.

I am a loyal long time customer. I am so happy the high quality of service continues. Glad to see environmental sustainability.... use of email for communications. I dropped off my car, returned home to rest as I awaited the "car ready" notification. Everyone was excellent!! Thank you so much!

I had low tire pressure and stopped by to see if they had a pump I could use, but they volunteered to take care of it for me for free and even made sure to adjust the pressure for winter and explain that. He was super helpful and I never expected the free help and great attitude! I'm so grateful to them!
