So pleased with Firestone's tire care after I needed a tow to their shop at 5215 N. Milwaukee at almost closing time, starting with Robert. Dropped the keys in the lock box, and the next morning Joey called me to install four new tires as they were way past their warranty date. Zach checked me out with quick service. Then one of my tire valves had a slow leak and I had to bring it back after 2 weeks. They repaired it within 15-20 min and there was NO CHARGE! They're a great team over there!

Had a nail in my tire and stopped by Firestone—so glad I did! Zach was incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did they take care of my issues right away, but went out of their way to help since my car was missing the key to unlock the tire. Took my car here after a nail in the tire. The nail was about 2 inches from the sidewall. The tech made us wait for an hour before coming back saying it wasn’t able to be repaired and they recommend replacing the tires. I drove 20 minutes away to Just Tires on Harlem and Irving for them to find the issue in 2 minutes and have the same nail hole repaired in 15. Don’t go here, they will upsell you into buying new tires you do not need.
