Firestone doesn't specialize in transmission work .I brought my vehicle to this place.not knowing they did a transmission flush . And charge me 800.00 dollar's . I ended up taking my vehicle to a shop that specialize in. Transmission work .STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!😡

First time getting my car serviced here, & let me tell you; I will definitely be going back. Jessie communicates very well with customers. Prices are reasonable, they explain to you exactly what you’re paying for.

Wow!! Amazing.
8 miles from our hotel in Chicago and our tire went flat. They gave us options and had what we needed and put it on immediately. Super nice team and a super nice bathroom ☺️

I've been coming to 1st Stop Auto for a number of years now...and every time my vehicles need proper repair Freddie and his guys gets it done!! On time and doesn't blow your wallet away...I strongly recommend if your looking for an Honest and Reliable Repair center come here and no where else!!!!

This shop is a very customer friendly shop. We agreed on a price firm when it came to replacing my tires, Freddy was very straight to business while also maintaining his customers happiness and making me feel comfortable. He did not try to push more charges on me or suggest things that were fine. I told him I needed my tires replaced and that’s what he did. When I came in my car was on a flat and a spare. Freddy and his team even went above and beyond even putting my spare and my tools back where they go to save me the trouble. I do recommend this shop and will be coming back with my other cars soon

I only come to Freddy's shop for any repairs I need on my car. I purchased my car and he gave me the ok ( that it was good) since I had a couple days to return the car. But I kept it and he has since been the only shop to work on it. I just recently changed my oil at Valvoline, but I should've brought it here since I needed my tires rotated too. I don't mind spending my money here as they are very honest and explain what needs to be done. The waiting area is neat, coffee and cookies are offered. The sofa is comfy, I've watched movies and done homework while I waited. Highly recommend to others!

I always come here for my oil changes. This time I had bigger issue with my car in which they were able to fix the same day. I would highly recommend. Gracias Freddy and staff!

This has been the 3rd time I have been here for minor and major repairs to my 2014 Mazda CX-5 and each time, I get an honest estimate and an efficient and professional job done. I never leave here without feeling confident about the work they perform!
