Run far away from this bank. very unprofessional don't respect customer I asked to speak to somebody regarding my account, and nobody has gotten back to me. I had tried to get a hold of higher management. they said Linda from VP checking will contact me. I still have not heard from this woman and it's been five days. I will no longer associate myself with this bank..

I would give them zero stars if I could. They charged a penalty to close a CD after the death of my brother when I was named beneficiary. He had ten separate CDs and each beneficiary had to pay the penalty. I would never go to a bank that charges a penalty for the account holder's death

Hands down the worst bank around. Never experienced such rude customer service in my life after I was hung up on intentionally and then my calls blocked from the checking department. Will be pursuing this to the fullest extent. DO PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. Thanks to the rude customer service we are closing multiple cds and accounts ASAP. If you’re thinking about this bank let this be the deciding factor don’t do it.

Do not bank with them terrible rude people there very poor customer service. They treat you poorly and think they can pick and choose what you can do with your own money.

Wish it could be zero. Do not use this bank. Horrible customer service. Woman named Patricia is awful and very rude and will not say why they closed an account when there was a lot of money in there. No letters sent and can not prove they were sent. GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK BEFORE YOU LOSE IT.

Terrible customer service. I had a savings account for many years at the one of the branches. It was a Trustee account for my impaired brother so I could transfer money into his account if needed. I was registered for online banking and the statements were sent to my home address so the bank had all nessary information about me. A few months ago I tried to log in and was denied. Then I received a mailed statement saying I had 0 balance with no explanation. I called the branch manager who knew nothing about it but was very helpful by calling the corporate office and told me my account had been closed due to inactivity. Never once was I notified in advance by the bank that my account would be closed unless I added more money to it! My money had been sent to the state unclaimed funds division! I sent an email to the corporate office complaining about this and received a rude reply with no apology. One star for the branch manager's helpfulness.

Avoid! Rude customer service, dropped me 2 weeks before closing! Dan is patronizing and doesn’t want to be bothered. Their interest rates can’t be beat, but they will make it near impossible with many extra requirements (that you will pay for) and extra fees.

I am so impressed with this bank. I am absolutely blown away with their kindness. I work with homeowners who are in trouble with their mortgages. This has been my job for over 30 years. I have never seen a financial institution so concerned about a homeowner in a financial crisis before. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Their willingness to try to help, was astonishing. Often people in this situation are treated more like a number, or harshly, but NOT AT THIS BANK. I was so touched by them desiring to help and for how much they actually HELPED that it was mind-boggling. They did not care about what things they could have done to these homeowners, instead they cared about helping. I jokingly told the Administrator, if all banks and mortgage companies were like this bank, I would not have a job. Homeowners would not need someone as a advocate for them. A BANK THAT CARES!!!! What a refreshing change. A bank that wants and strives and serves its community. A bank that treats people the way they would want to be treated. That is like a breeze of fresh air. I called to make my first referral to them today. This bank is SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, this bank has given me nothing but troubles. It is not family caregiver friendly. I plan on closing my grandmother’s accounts with them because they make it very difficult for me to handle her finances. Their technology is lacking. The fact that you can’t even see your account numbers when you login is asinine. They even refused to give me the account number over the phone. I can’t wait to close the accounts with them. They really need to catch up with the times.

Horrible communication, would never call back and very rude to the customer. This is at a higher level than tellers and branch managers. Inquiring about the status of a refinance and and after numerous messages left with the business I received very rude e-mails from ****** Cappana who works in an executive role with the bank. Would not recommend this place if my life depended on it!
