First Wheel offers reliable automotive service at a fair price. The staff is helpful and communicative, taking the time to explain what needs to be done without being pushy. Their work is efficient, and my car was ready earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The shop feels organized and trustworthy, and you can tell they care about customer satisfaction.
The only downside is that scheduling can be a bit tight during busy times, so appointments may require some planning ahead. Still, the quality of service and professionalism make it well worth it. Overall, First Wheel is a solid choice for repairs and maintenance in the neighborhood — I’d gladly return.

My car was extremely clean. The owner has had the gas station about 25 years. I almost drove off thinking it would be a machine but it's all by hand.

( Western & Elston Car Wash Is Better & They Are $4 Cheaper)… THESE IS SOME LAZY OVERPRICED PEOPLE.. THE LITTLE SHORT OWNER OR MANAGER GOT UPSET BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I DIDNT WANT! THEN HE TOLD ME DONT COMEBACK TO THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE I WANTED MY REGULAR SERVICE I ALWAYS GET.. THEY HALF CLEAN YOUR CAR LEAVE SPOTS AND STAINS INSIDE JUST LAZY & TERRIBLE! I THINK THAT WAS DISCRIMINATION HONESTLY BECAUSE YOU CANT FORCE A CUSTOMER TO GET A SERVICE THEY DONT WANT YOU IDIOT. THE CAR WASH ON WESTERN & ELSTON IS WAY BETTER AND THEY ARE $4 CHEAPER.

Great family owned car wash. Everyone is really nice, especially the owners. It’s not super expensive and they do a great job. They have a full staff, so even a thorough was is done really quickly. I’ve been coming here at least once a month for over a year and never any problems. It’s a great place to get the salt washed off in the winter.

Staff was nice but feels like whatever you pay for you get the same service. Supposed to have undercarriage wash and maybe some more effort for $36… this is taken 5 minutes after paying for their #1 package.

Been coming here for years, their car wash service is top notch and everything is done by hand. The owners treat you like family and the employees are handle your car with care.
