The program is worth every penny, providing a great total body workout that combines boot camp style classes with strength training in 45-minute sessions. Workouts are different every day and blend cardio and strength, pushing members to their full potential in a non-competitive atmosphere. The trainers are absolutely the best, hand-picked to be nice, encouraging, inspiring, and welcoming. They provide interactive guidance, ensure correct form, and tweak exercises for any health issues or injuries. The good juju culture is felt immediately, creating a safe and fun environment where members feel part of a team. This has attracted a wonderful, diverse, and supportive group of peers. The facility is always clean with a variety of equipment. Beyond workouts, the focus on accountability includes nutrition resources and check-ins, reinforcing a healthy lifestyle that boosts daily energy. Members consistently report feeling stronger, fitter, and seeing great results through the consistent, motivating program.
