Probably one of the most unorganized stores in the chain. Management isn't very helpful. Go to Evanston or Skokie. Not here.

If I could leave no stars I would.
This location is the one I’ve always gone to but today a team member named Angel felt the right to come up and discriminated my child. Team member angel has no idea if my child has any type or disabilities. That is a lawsuit. And I am more than sure that behavior of a five a below workers goes against their principals. Manager on duty at the time came up and told angel to not say a world to me anymore and apologized. People like Angel should not work at a store where there’s a lot of kid friendly things if he can’t understand how much excitement kids get. Also has an employee you have no right to tell a parent what to do with their kids.
Following that they only have one cashier and the customer service is so bad the cashiers are on their phone while taking care of customers. Super bad customer service is not what it used to be.
Corporate needs to do something about it.

Very bad, the worker there yelled at a child because he touched her water bottle, the child thought it was a bottle that he could buy there, what an unpleasant moment.
