Stuff is trash....worse please to go...had ask the stuff for help to open the door for the bathroom since my 4year old really needed to go...and the girl upfront didnt want to help had to ask her 3 times until my son almost pee on the floor until i had to yell for them to open the door...store not clean everything is not zone ...never coming here again

This store is ridiculous. Had to leave here and go to the one in the HIP to actually get what I needed and good customer service. I suggest going to any other Five Below than this one...

This store was one of the nicer ones I have been to, I liked the variety of things at this one. I was killing time when I came into this one and I will most likely make it my go to five below because the one I have close to me doesn't even begin to have what this five below had.

This 5 below has changed their checkout process to self checkout again thankfully! I REALLY disliked the associates scanning everything for you and all the other registers being closed off. Having one person scan everyone’s items slowed everyone else down and made them annoyed.
Could have more selection, I like their graphic tees.

Just had the dumbest experience here today. Was falsely accused of already picking up my order. Even though they already knew the order was still there and literally right behind them.
I placed an order for pickup last night. They emailed me at 9:41pm last night, that it was ready for pickup. The store closes at 10pm, so i decided to come the next day because i wouldn't make it there in time.
I get an email today 12:05pm saying my order has been picked up. Which is incorrect, because i didn't go to the store yet today. I called multiple times to see what was going on, and they didn't answer.
So, I went up there to pick it up. The first person to help me was a short Latina woman with black hair. But she acted like she couldn't find my order, even though it was right behind her. So, she called some tall, bald black man over, who may have been her manager.
He and some other Latina woman, then proceeds to tell me my order has already been picked up. I literally tell him that I can literally see that my order is behind them. It's in a bag that literally has my name on it, with the items i ordered. So how could it have been picked up?!
He says he knows that my order is behind him, but he still wants to know why it says on their paper that it has been picked up already.
Like how would i know that information? that sounds like it's something wrong with your system. So, he says, that I'm the second person today that this has happened to.
Instead of him realizing that its maybe their fault if it's happening to more than one person, he looks at me like I'm lying.
He still hasn't given me my items, and he's looking at me suspiciously like I'm lying, and I stole it. Which makes no sense because the items are still there!! Right behind him!
He continues to question me, and I'm like i don't know why your paper is saying that but this is my first time here today. He asks for my ID, i give it to him. He then proceeds to call other employees over asking them why the paper says that it's been picked up if it hasn't.
He then finally gives my ID back and begrudgingly gives me my order. And then they just ignore me, like they weren't in the wrong, or didn't just try to accuse me of some imaginary wrongdoing.
Five below please train you employees better. Apparently, they think it's ok to falsely accuse people of imaginary things.

Yesterday I went shopping at this store with my little daughter, when we needed the bathroom a woman who works there told me that they are not public bathrooms and she couldn't open the door for me, my wife went to ask another person who works there and who She very kindly opened the bathroom door for us, at that moment the first person who told me that they were not public bathrooms came out very upset saying that she is the manager and that you cannot use the bathrooms and saying a lot of rudeness. It seems bad to me that the manager, the person who should best treat people and customers, behaves in such a terrible way, making the store look bad, terrible service from this person. In the end I just made the purchase, paid and left.

Self checkout is self checkout . I don’t know why the cashier was right under my breath with her arms crossed, looking at me while scanning. super uncomfortable.
