They were very detailed and explained really well what was happening with the car and the process. Got text messages at end of day everyday on where we were in the process. They also had an online tracker on their website. The finish repaired work was excellent and top of the line quality wise. Start to end it was a smooth process with amazing customer service. Highly recommend using Fix Auto!

From start to finish, Fix Auto made things easy. One of the rare Tesla certified shops with good reviews and accepted by insurance, they worked out everything with my insurance company and other party’s insurance and took care of everything for me. Estimator process super smooth with their app/website. Car looks great, even better than before, I didn’t expect they’d clean the interior! Really great customer service. Answered all my questions, provided regular updates through call and text, everything went smoothly. Also they tend to have much better availability than the Tesla shop, and Tesla reps themselves said that the certified shop is the same quality as their own. Highly highly recommend.

Fix It Auto is fantastic!
I recently had my car repaired here, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the status of my car every step of the way. They were also on top of my insurance claim, making the whole process so much smoother than I expected. Very professional, timely, and detailed service and repairs. Had a major and a couple of minor repairs and the car looks like brand new. Up front with costs and estimates and no surprises. Would highly recommend and would go back again if I ever need it.
