Everything you’d hope for in a running shop. Great customer service, runner-centered foot scanning tech, prompt real-time responses from their Chicagoland warehouse. Only slight issue is parking. Other than that I’m a repeat happy customer :)

The store was great and incredibly helpful as a new runner. The entire staff was very kind, and incredibly helpful to anyone that came into the store, and they have a wonderful selection of running products and gear. I was personally helped with a shoe fitting by Mary who was extremely nice and very informative, helping someone that is a new to the sport (such as myself) find a new pair of good running shoes and insoles. I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested, no matter the skill range. 10/5 stars

Fleet Feet Lincoln Square staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly the day I went. I was buying Nuun tabs which they moved. Associate helped me immediately. At the cashwrap, associate was very quick with transaction. She also answered my questions about run and walk club. Despite having small staff that day, they navigated customers without much wait time

Had such a great experience at Fleet Feet in Lincoln Square today! Appreciate the level of care, kindness, and personalization that goes into their service. It's clear that they're super knowledgeable, but they also don't make you feel silly for asking lots of questions. All in all, grateful for the warm + welcoming vibes - thanks a million!

I had a great experience at the Lincoln Square Fleet Feet with Michael. He did a scan of my feet and walked me through all the results throughly explain what everything meant. He also brought me many options to try on and listened to what worked and what didn’t and then brought new options. He was extremely attentive and helpful. I left with a great pair of shoes that fit my needs. Overall, I was extremely pleased and impressed. I will definitely be returning when I need another pair!

What a breath of fresh air! I'm not exactly in shape or a runner, but the staff here was super nice, measured my feet and got me some shoes that actually fit. With how posh the store is, I was worried I wouldn't be comfortable, but everyone was super chill and the person helping me was extremely knowledgeable. Great selection of shoes, even for wide feet.

The staff is friendly and helpful - Michael was especially helpful, efficient, and well-versed. The variety of shoes in stock are comprehensive & the standard and quality of items are impressive! I was able to select and leave with everything I was looking for (pair of Brooks running shoes, 4 pairs of socks, and 2 energy chews for ~$260). Very satisfied!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Fleet Feet, and I should've left a review a long time ago. Their customer service is outstanding - they take the time, are always friendly, and seem to remember me when I come in. I also have to say: the Fleet Feet return policy is incredibly generous. I run about 1500 mi/year, and it's hard to tell whether gear is right until it's been on a long run. To be able to try it out and bring it back is really important. The aggravation and potential pain of bad fitting gear isn't worth whatever you think you might be saving buying from a web-only store.
