Wanted to post a review for the outstanding experience I had at Fletcher Jones, like, it was so good I legit need to tell strangers about it. Unfortunately my vehicle was recently damaged - their service team went above and beyond to review what needed to be fixed and Tony in particular was super knowledgeable about working with insurance. Their video reviews and text updates kept me constantly informed about the process - no wondering what they were up to because it did take a few days to fix. By the time I picked up my repaired vehicle, it also had been fully detailed which was above and beyond (especially considering the sorry state I brought it in), really making me feel great to be back on the road.

Walked in expecting to just peek at a few cars. Ross was SO helpful, really informative, and made me feel confident in my choice. I am not someone who is crazy about cars but he was able to find the car that met my needs and exceeds my expectations! If you are looking for your next car, go see Ross!

Do not bring your car here! If I could give this location fewer stars I would. My experience was terrible here. I would definitely never recommend them to any Audi owner. I brought my car to the service team to deal with an issue regarding my headlights and the car's computer alert module. Essentially, the system was alerting that all of my lights were out, however, multiple of them were still working and the alert was intermittent. When I brought the car in I was told that they would perform an inspection for 130$ in order to see if there was an issue with the computer system. While in their possession, they chose to lift my car to check the struts, shocks, and brake pads. They also informed me that some of my lightbulbs were out. Now you can understand my confusion when I explained my concerns were related to the car's computer and the inconsistent alerts. Per Tim, from the service office, the technician who was assigned to my vehicle then left for the day. At this time, no one was assigned to my car and I was given an estimate of 1907$ to fix a nondescript issue and 691$ to change all of my lightbulbs. That does not include the 9000$ of additional recommended fixes... Now you can imagine my surprise that they stated there were so many issues with a car that I had driven to the location for a single computer-based issue. Needless to say, I did not leave my car with them, paid the inspection fee, and picked up the same day. Overall, I paid 200$ to not receive a solution or diagnosis. I then brought my car to another Audi specialist who solved the issue in under 30 minutes. Turns out all of the lights were working, none were burned out, and the source of the issue was fuse that was out. Per Audi's website, this fuse cost approximately 9$. Overall, this was truly a terrible experience and I felt like I was taken advantage of.

I just had to write a review for literally the best Audi Service I have ever had, thanks to Mike K.. He really went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed properly and addressed all of my concerns. I actually felt he listened intently to everything I was concerned about with the repair and made sure to do his due diligence to test the car extensively afterwards so I wouldn't get stranded on the expressway. With service like this it really provided such peace of mind that I wasn't going to be back the next day with the car still exhibiting the same issue. So thanks Mike, you are truly a great asset to this Audi Service Dept!

Andy & Daphne exemplified outstanding customer service. Because of staff like this, I look forward to going here for my vehicles next scheduled maintenance service. They delivered my vehicle to me when service was complete going above & beyond with a detailed car wash. Give then my best regards.

I had a few issues with my Q5 and usually dread going to the dealership as I've had some unfriendly experiences in the past. This visit was different. I worked with a service agent named Nicole Rivera. She was so polite and friendly. She stayed in touch with me while my car was being serviced and she genuinely cared about my experience. Thanks for making my experience at FJ Audi a good one!

I took my 2020 Q5 in for its three year service. I haven't been there since this time last year. When I was there last. They would get you a Uber with in a Certain distance. When I got there for my 7am appointment. The service representative never said her name or gave me a business card. Then I asked for Uber service to get to work. She sent me a link to get a credit. I was having a hard time getting the Uber credit and she never offered to help me. I ended up not getting my Uber credit and I left the shop because I didn't want to wait for my car. I feel this is a terrible service for Fletcher audi Especially when you pay so much money for service there. Don't go there for friendly services.
