I bought Autumn 2.0 and felt like a fairy goddess during our wedding. My mom and I flew from Houston to Chicago to try on dresses after a few less than stellar dress shopping experiences. I am SO glad I came in person because I was able to try on different styles to find the perfect dress. The quality, attention to detail, and the service are all 10/10. It was really important to me to have a non-traditional wedding dress because I'm not a traditional bride. I am so in love with my dress, the meadow teal. Flora and Lane was wonderful to work with. Since I was not local to their area, I did the "try on at home" which was so helpful. I ended up ordering a new dress and they accommodated the alteration requests. They were responsive and easy to work with. I am so glad I found them.

I was very nervous about buying a dress online, especially never having tried the dress on, but the staff at flora and lane were very helpful and answered all my emails and questions. My dress arrived and was absolutely stunning in person and beautifully made. I can’t imagine wearing anything else for my wedding day!

Loved my dress, Pandora, for my wedding day. I travelled to the shop back in December (great experience, recommend going if you can), ordered in Jan, and received in April with enough time to get some alterations done. The dress was so comfy for the special day, and I loved being able to dance and spin in it! Guests loved the design as well!

I purchased the Azul dress in fall 2023 for my fall 2024 wedding. I wasn't able to get to Chicago, but they let me do a wonderful virtual consultation and showed me different dresses in different lights, and sent out a sample of my favorite for me to try on at home! The purchased dress came within the promised timeline. The only downside was at the time, they weren't able to take on orders of custom sizes because of the sheer amount of orders they had, so make sure to factor that possibility into your purchase time so you're able to get it altered when it arrives if need be!

In love. I had my eye on a few dresses and then I saw Esme and it was over. I followed the measurement guidelines and the dress was perfect! I even emailed for a customization and it was no problem at all. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and sent a progress picture to make sure everything looked okay… Fast forward to the dress arriving. I cried. The detail and beadwork and just everything. The quality is amazing and there’s not another dress in this world that I would’ve rather worn. Thank you so much flora and lane! I recommend fully and wholeheartedly!!

Meadow Ivory was the most perfect gown for my Spring Wedding - we even got the most unexpected snow in Australia! Flora and Land provided easy measuring guides to take to a seamstress before ordering to measure me. Ordering the dress overseas was so simple. I was provided step by step along the way communication and the dress arrived packaged beautifully and perfectly. I didn’t even need to do any adjustments it fit perfect!

As an international customer, there were lots of things I was concerned about with the idea of buying a dress out-of-country. But the dresses were so beautiful that I had to give it a shot! The team helped from start to finish, helping me plan my travels, being flexible with my schedule, offering options for delivery, and more! My appointment there was perfect, and I knew exactly when I found "the dress". There are no other stores like them, it is worth the hassle (or lack thereof) even if you live far away! I wholeheartedly recommend Flora and Lane!

The staff was amazing, the dresses are amazing, I could not have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience. I went in thinking I knew what dress I wanted but came out with something different. But I fell in love, and got nothing but compliments on my dress at my wedding!
