Experienced a preventable injury tripping over a mop left around isle corner - fell hard, am sore and bruised. Add insult to injury every item purchased was illegally upcharged.
You must request receipt because they attempt to toss out to cover their price changes.
Apparently store ownership changed; it ‘s not the great store it formerly was.
Store is unkept with disappointingly poor quality prepared foods.

Everything costs 2-3 dollars more than it should. Refrigerated section isn’t working half the time. My neighbors and I have all gotten sick off food from here. Stuff in the freezer is covered in ice from thawing out and being refrozen. Make sure you keep your receipt too cuz they’ll sell you expired food and refuse to refund you even if they sold it to you five minutes ago.

Hit or miss coming here for the most part service is good, bathrooms aren’t cleaned at all and there is a girl that is very rude and doesn’t know what costumer service is

Terrible customer service, especially from the old guy with the long grey hair. Prices are more expensive compared to other stores nearby. Only reason to shop here is if all the other stores are closed.

Amazing the degree of blatant rudeness a d lack of basic manners from the staff. Language is not a barrier in this regard. But maybe me being Caucasian in a predominantly Hispanic establishment is a issue for them and an opportunity to be disrespectful. I used to come here evey week for yrs, tried again today after a few yrs and it's worse then ever

Did not honor the price on the bottle even thought the sticker clearly stated 1.99 they charged me 2.49 and refused to change it. Lies about price and bad customer service

You get double charged, be careful, they tell you your card didn't go through. They printed a small receipt first and they try and throw away. Then they recharge you and printed a long receipt after running card again. However, if you check your bank statement via online app, you will notice the 2 charges for same amount. Not sure if it's incompetence or deliberate. Question it. I did, I would post receipts if possible. I contested Charged item via bank app, however it takes time. I have receipts. Keep, don't let them throw out.

Washing here overnight impossible from now on since they got new owners and cut pay on their employees they don’t care anymore is open 24 hours still but no change or quarters in any of 3 change machines horrible not available.

If I could give zero stars I would the guy who runs this place who wears leather vest in the summer time with the long hair is an rude mean little man I came here to get my ups package and you would think I owed him money. Just mean and nasty. You need to pick a different profession to be in if you’re going to be rude to people.

I have been going here more than 10 years and they have expanded their selection a lot. Lately the EBT has been "down" as well as random credit card transactions declined. I guess it's a terminal issue but I wish it was fixed since it's the only place open late now. I haven't had any issues with the staff, they always seem accommodating.
