I had a pleasant experience with the gentleman that assisted us with obtaining the shoe we were interested in. He went above and beyond to help us find the correct sizing. When we approached the register to complete our purchase, my family member showed his military ID, but they were not able to find him within the system. The associate instructed him to go through SheerID. But they were still not able to identify him. We completed the sign up process and received a confirmation and congratulatory email. However, the associate would not honor the 10% discount. We then asked to speak to a manager. We explained the situation and noted how in other Foot Locker stores, when we come across this issue, the manager is able to override the system and key in the discount manually. He said rudely that there was nothing he could do and walked away. I firmly believe that since Foot Locker Corp has the military discount in place, it cares about those that have served this country. However, the employees of this store seem to not care at all! We understand policy and would not have made a fuss if matters were handled differently. The amount was no longer the concern, but more so the principle. We refuse to spend our money in establishments that have no desire to be more considerate and assure that customer service is a top priority!

I tried calling to inquire about a product over and over and the young lady answering the phone continuously said foot locker please hold and hung up after 60 seconds of me holding about 6 times.. I think it’s outrageous how customers can’t make purchases because your employees don’t want to do their jobs.. all I can say is this store missed out on about 500$ today because I’m taking my business to a different footlocker..
