Excellent service, the guy who greeted me was very attentive despite not speaking my language, he showed me tennis shoes that I might like, gave me prices and brought the sizes I asked for. I know it sounds normal, what they should do, but there are times when they don't even do the minimum, it's good to see that there are still stores that care about customer service

Literally the best Foot Locker experience ever. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was greeted by every single employee who saw me. Shout out to Kayla who assisted me. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Good afternoon, yesterday I went to look for some New Balance 9060 shoes because they sent them to me from another store. When I arrived, a brunette girl with braids helped me. I showed her the photo of the shoes and she told me that there weren't any, looking at me badly and laughing. This is bad for the store with workers who do not do their job well

Placed an order for online pickup on June 11th. Realized that I no longer needed the item on June 12th. Called the store directly to cancel the order, was told that it couldn't be done, and to contact online customer service. Online customer service confirmed that the order couldn't be canceled without a physical visit to the store, accepting the pickup, and then returning the item. It is extremely frustrating that in 2024 that a order placed for Store Pickup cannot be canceled without a trip to the location. Leaving this review in the hope that Foot Locker adjusts its order cancelation policies in the future.

Thank you Gil, awesome customer service. I called and asked for a specific shoe and explained that I will be coming late. I arrived to the store I asked his name and he said are you Mimi- lol I instantly smiled and hugged him (sorry) lol. Shop with Gil he will definitely take care of you ????
