Store was freezing cold! I get that it’s winter and in the negatives outside but stop being cheap and turn up the heat! Only giving it a 2 star review instead of 1 star because the employees had exceptional customer service.

I stopped in this Footlocker since it's near my workplace and I was absolutely flabbergasted! The store was FREEZING cold, I felt like I was still outside just without the wind. Another customer and I both mentioned how cold the store was to an employee and they apologized and said it's been like this for a few days now. How can you expect anyone to want to spend time shopping in a store that is so uncomfortable? Footlocker is a multi million dollar company but cannot afford heat in the middle of a subzero Chicago winter? I feel terrible for the bundled up employees that were stuck having to work in those conditions because as a customer, I utilized my option to leave and spend my money next door at a HEATED JD Sports. Do better Footlocker!!!

As soon as a I walked in, I had a good greeting. I was directed to the item I was looking for, last minute Xmas gift (Nike Tech fleece). I made my choice of color and size, looked around a bit while being eyeball by security and a female floor manager, I decided to go pay. Two cashier, no interest in taking care of customers, one walked away after ringing someone up, the other one finished her transaction and walked away from the counter. As I watching her she returns and was giving a pair of shoes by another associate and was told to ring them up knowing I was standing there waiting to pay. Cashier still walked past me and started ringing up the other customer while I just stood there. Female floor manager comes up to the register and asked out loud if anyone was paying with mobile pay, I was literally in front of her and did not acknowledge me standing there. I hung the fleece on the table and walked out there store. Worst customer experience.

I walked in. Sales guy walks up smiling to say, "We ain't got sh** for you." I walked out. Over 20 years later and I've never gone back to any location. Please understand, those were the days when I was always under suspicion of theft in most stores and NEVER having shop lifted.

Just wow, what a terrible service from the staff that works there. Was planning to buy 3 pairs, walked away with none due to the poorest service I have received in a store ever.

We are on vacation and walked in to Foot Locker to try on some shoes. We had heard a lot about the Cloud sneakers and had questions. Quan immediately greeted us and was BEYOND helpful! He went and grabbed each style in our size and was knowledgeable and patient. When we thanked him for all his help, he said “I’m just doing my job.” But that is so rare these days. He was kind and caring and we so appreciate that. We asked to speak to a manager, to let them know about his extraordinary service and Calvin and Lawrence too were phenomenal. When they say it starts from the top down, this is a perfect example of management being surround by great employees. Even though the shoes weren’t for us, we had a wonderful experience and can’t say enough great things about Quan, Calvin and Lawrence. Foot Locker is lucky to have all 3 of them!

Had the shoes we were looking for, nice employees wide selection of shoes. Edit:the dunks were falling apart after a week. Bad stitching. Footlocker is usually authentic but these might have been reps??????

They can get really busy obviously being on state but they always do the best to take care of you! They carry a bunch of new balance basketball models which is rare in person. Definitely recommend this location!

Upon arrival to this Foot Locker location, I was surprised that they were still open. It was just a couple of minutes from closing, since some stores tend to close early before their usual closing time. After I've entered, I was shopping for my usual brand selections. I was shopping with a mindset that I’ll be asked to leave once it's 6:00pm, which was their closing time. They closed promptly and am glad to see that this Foot Locker respects not only their business hours, but its customers as well. However, they didn't ask me to leave since I was still shopping. I had a couple of questions throughout my shopping experience. All of the employees that I asked questions to are by far the most understanding and knowledge people as it's pretty rare nowadays. After doing some shopping, an employee was putting new T-Shirts on the shelf, so I was curious to take a look. After seeing the T-Shirts, I’d like them so much that I went ahead and got it. At the register, the employee was so nice and made sure that the process goes as smooth as possible. She even told me to confirm my email address 2 times, which says a lot from her. I appreciate her wonderful work, being professional at all times, and caring for not only my items but the overall experience. I thought my great experience ended great, but it wasn't over just yet. I was still at the store getting ready to leave, and a young tall male unlocks the door for me and says “have a good one boss”. My shopping experience at this Foot Locker was amazing from start to finish. I'd totally be back very soon. I appreciate your hard work, talent, knowledge, respect, and the experience you all provide on a the daily basis for your customers. Keep up the good work!

Came in undecided not knowing what I wanted, but as soon as I walked into Foot Locker, I was greeted immediately by one of their employees and helped me find a perfect shoe for myself, and so willing to be very informative about everything I asked. They have excellent customer service. This store has a great selection of different brand names of shoes. Would definitely be back again for my next purchase of shoes.
