Textbook BAD customer service. Associates are more concerned with hanging out and using their phones than finding solutions or offering real help. Really have to think twice before coming back at this location.

Just bought some Air forces from the store today I look at the bottoms of the shoe and they're dirty as hell. Opened a box to mangled shoes and dirty bottoms. If someone tried on the shoe make sure they're clean before you sell them to someone I'm paying brand new prices for a dirty shoe!! This was suppose to be a gift, imagine opening a gift and seeing the shoes are dirty seriously.

The associate by the name “MiMi” provided phenomenal customer service! Her humbleness, patience, and attentiveness is an example of what customer service needs to be in this time of day. I also want to add that this location was very clean and organized! I will definitely be revisiting!

I walked into the store today, and I picked up two shirts. The worker immediately goes “are you buying those? Cuz if so, I gotta put them behind the counter.” I complied because luckily it was the only two items I was purchasing. But I thought it was very rude to immediately ask me right after I pick them and say you have to put them behind the counter. I understand if it’s policy, in a case that the store has theft, but if that’s the case, the merchandise should be locked up. Why have all the merchandise sitting there exposed and then immediately go to take it from the customer. The workers seemed very uninterested in ringing me out and never gave me my receipt. The male worker said it would be emailed to me, and it never was. I had to be at work at 1:45 and I checked my email when I got there and it was too late to go back to the store.

I love this footlocker, but I wish the franchise had more selection for woman, it's mostly men ware, and that's not kool.
