Keshawn’s service was phenomenal! We usually have a hard time with picking shoes for our son. They didn’t have the size to one of the shoes my son was interested. We explained that our son has a wide foot so we were interested in something comfortable, Keshawn gave us another selection which my son really liked. Thank you for making our visit a breeze without rushing us!

If I could I would rate it a 0 for 3 reasons. Security promotes violence in this location. I witnessed an employee by the name "Nay" shout at a couple with a child paying for shoes. They didn't speak English and pressed the wrong button on the card payment machine. She screamed at them, and had the worst attitude towards them. I offered to assist the employee and translate. The employee screamed again at them. After i asked her to please and kindly stop shouting at them she began shouting @me. I kindly asked her if there was a need to shout or to be rude with a kind smile on my face. She told security I had to go before she did something and security asked me to leave with a smirk and smile on his face. I told her everyone deserves respect and she threatened to follow me outside. Definitely never buying from this location.

They are very much greetable and customer service oriented but it few workers with bad attitudes to help you with service. Quality service matters at all times. You never know if u getting shopped or I am relative of Store Manager or General Manager. Thank you so much!
